<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Just one day after an armed gunman opened fire at a bank in Kentucky, another armed suspect has been arrested after holding multiple people hostage at a bank in Virginia. <br>Dramatic video captured the moment a man who said he had a gun was dragged out of a Virginia bank in handcuffs after holding five people hostage.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A SWAT team was caught on camera Tuesday hauling the suspect out of the Wells Fargo on Washington Boulevard in Arlington just after 4pm after they safely got the four adults and one child inside to safety.<br>Officials have said the bank was robbed shortly after 3pm, but the suspect — a man in his 20s — remained inside the bank.<br>The unidentified suspect is said to have entered the bank, implied he had a weapon and demanded money. He then barricaded inside the bank with patrons and employees.<br>Footage taken shortly before 4pm shows SWAT officers entering the building</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Shortly after 4pm, a group of heavily armed officers were seen approaching the bank and commanding those inside to come out with their hands up.<br>The male suspect was seen being led out in handcuffs, <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.arlnow.com/2023/04/11/breaking-police-surround-wells-fargo-in-clarendon-after-robbery/" target="_blank">ARL Now</a> reported. Four adults and one child inside the bank were able to safely exit, the department added. There were no injuries.</p>
