<p>A man who was reportedly deported from the US following the September 11 attacks, was reportedly caught in the act of burying his American wife, after killing her during sex in the wee hours of Sunday in Lahore Pakistan<br>Police officers met Kazim Kamal Khan, 50, burying her naked body of 50-year-old Diana Christo Khan at a graveyard near the Bandianwala Bridge in the Lahore Factory Area, after 2am local time on Sunday.<br>He later confessed the body belonged to his estranged spouse whom he lured to visit from the US by claiming to be gravely ill.<br>The dramatic arrest unfolded in the eastern city of Lahore, when a police patrol responded to a call from an unnamed gravedigger at Ghazi Road cemetery, reporting a man was engaging in a burial without adhering to proper funeral rites.<br>Responding police officers met Khan partially submerged in a shallow grave, and his wife&#8217;s lifeless body wrapped in a bed-sheet. Photographs from the scene and the police report detail the interview leading to the suspect&#8217;s arrest.</p>

<p>Khan at first, told police his wife who was visiting from US, suddenly passed away from natural causes. <br>Eventually, after noticing visible trauma to the victim&#8217;s body, officers unconvinced by his version pressed until the suspect confessed to the killing, in the process giving insight on the strained relationship with the deceased.<br>Khan to his police interviewers that he lured Diane into visiting Pakistan by claiming to be gravely ill.<br>The incident details Christo Khan&#8217;s body having visible trauma to the head and bruises on the neck, while also revealing more about his and his spouse&#8217;s past.<br>In the document, Khan told officers he previously lived in the US with his wife and daughter Karisma, but was deported after the 9/11 attacks.<br>After losing his resident status Khan returned to his native Pakistan &#8211; leaving behind his wife and daughter in the process. </p>

<p>Although the couple have remained in their marriage of 28 years and in those years since, the pair led a long-distance relationship, that is until July 22, when Christo Khan flew to her husband&#8217;s home at the Punjab Cooperative Society apartment complex in Lahore.<br>To get her to make the trip, cops wrote, Khan told the his wife he was sick, and that his health was rapidly deteriorating. </p>
