<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A woman turned herself in to cops after she allegedly gunned down her estranged husband, then drove across state lines to shoot the father of one of her other kids, killing the ex&#8217;s new girlfriend, according to authorities in Lawrence County, Kansas.<br>The Aurora police department <a href="https://www.facebook.com/auroramarionvillepd/posts/pfbid0JhCqQySh56kiRoCrApEpkJxMyXBjDgcY6yY9a5X6Wgh963Kenzv2SQCPqkhpPcC3l" data-type="link" data-id="https://www.facebook.com/auroramarionvillepd/posts/pfbid0JhCqQySh56kiRoCrApEpkJxMyXBjDgcY6yY9a5X6Wgh963Kenzv2SQCPqkhpPcC3l">announced</a> that at approximately 1:45 am on January 23, Taylor Santiago arrived at the Aurora Police and Fire Facility and called from the parking lot, reporting that she had just murdered her estranged husband, Troy Huffman, at her residence.<br>Santiago, 31, from Aurora, Missouri, is seen with giving a dead-eyed stare in her mugshot after allegedly turning herself last week for the shocking multi-state gun rampage.<br>The arrest affidavit reveals she was enraged by child custody battles with both dads, before she randomly “decided” on the killing spree while grabbing coffee at a local general store in Aurora, the <a href="https://www.kansascity.com/news/state/missouri/article299196360.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Kansas City Star</a>, reports.<br>She then invited her estranged husband, Troy Huffman, to her home “under the pretense of seeing” their child. When his dad arrived, Santiago told her 12-year-old son to cover his ears because she was going to “take care of the bad guys,” according to the affidavit.<br>Then she left the bedroom with a .38 revolver tucked behind her back, and shot Huffman.<br>When the first shot didn’t put him on the ground, she fired again, the affidavit states.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In her statement, the self-confessed killer <a href="https://www.ozarksfirst.com/news/family-of-woman-killed-in-double-homicide-seeks-change-to-custody-laws/">said </a>that she had to drag the body away from the door so she could get out and steal his car, leaving one of her kids behind with the body.<br>Next she drove 50 miles south to Eureka Springs in Arkansas to kill another ex, Nathan Green, who happened to be the father of one of her other kids. <br>She also shot and killed Green&#8217;s current girlfriend, Sophia Williams. <br>Williams had five children and the pair had told family that day that they had been awarded custody of Green’s daughter. Several children were at the house when Santiago murdered the pair.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Williams died at the scene, while Green was rushed to a nearby hospital in critical condition, the reports said.<br>However, Santiago appears to have assumed she killed both victims. She told cops when she turned herself in back in Aurora that she had killed three people, the affidavit said.<br>Charged with murder, robbery, unlawful use of a weapon and endangering the welfare of children, she could face the death penalty if convicted, as “she deserves,” according to Williams’ heartbroken sister, Calista Abernathy,“She’s a monster.” </p>

I wish she would’ve come to us before she did all of this so we could’ve helped her.”<br>Booked into the Lawrence County jail after her arrest on January 23, Santiago was denied bond.</p>
