<p>In one post, Rialon, the lawsuit stated. pretended to be a patient and detailed how he allegedly raped her.<br>The bogus accusations against Haim was an attempt to instigate the Justice Department to &#8216;punish him&#8217; for exposing the hospital&#8217;s gender transition practices,<br>The slew of abuse allegations prompted federal authorities &#8211; FBI, DOJ, Health and Human Services Department &#8211; to launch an investigation into the allegations in 2024. <br>Ultimately, feds dismissed the case with prejudice because it was &#8216;founded on lies, not facts or law.&#8217;<br>While Haim was not found guilty of any crime, his &#8216;budding reputation&#8217; and career as a surgeon were &#8216;severely damaged&#8217; by the allegations, the lawsuit alleged.<br>Haim&#8217;s has made it clear that support by billionaire Elon Musk and his social media platform X, has enabled him to &#8216;fight back against an unjust prosecution.&#8217;</p>

<p>Leading to his current travails, Haim a Dallas based surgeon working as a resident at Texas Children&#8217;s Hospital [TCH], in May 2023, released medical files showing that staff at TCH had provided puberty blockers and other sex-change treatments to minors, stretching beyond the point hospital officials ostensibly claimed they had stopped the practice, in March 2022.<br>In an article published in 2023, conservative activist, Christopher Rufo cited whistleblower documents in his allegations that doctors were encouraged to continue gender treatment for minors with the use of puberty blockers and hormones. <br>Not only has Haim publicly admitted that he gave the files to Christopher Rufo. Haim has repeatedly stated that the leaked documents did not include any patient&#8217;s Personal Identifiable Information, [PII].<br>Documents provided by Haim contained no information that “identified any individual,” Rufo himself said.<br>However, based on the false narrative pushed by named respondents in Haim&#8217;s defamation suit, DOJ later accused Haim of violating the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA), which protect a person&#8217;s protected health information and he was indicted on four criminal charges. Those charges have since been dismissed &#8211; with prejudice.</p>

<p>Haim&#8217;s new lawsuit accuses TCH, Baylor College of Medicine, Rialon, Dr Larry Hollier Jr, and TCH SVP and general counsel Afsheen Davis of &#8216;malicious prosecution&#8217;.<br>He claims the defendants retaliated against him for &#8216;blowing the whistle on Texas Children&#8217;s Hospital&#8217;s efforts to conceal the existence of their Transgender Health Program.&#8217;<br>In addition to the fabricated WebMD reviews, which Rialon allegedly admitted to the FBI that she wrote, the complaint highlights how the trio lied &#8216;concocted a story that Haim&#8217;s disclosures to Rufo violated HIPPA.&#8217;<br>They then &#8216;stridently pushed that narrative during numerous meetings with federal authorities&#8217; despite knowing it was false, the complaint stated.</p>

<p>The trio also found &#8216;willing partners&#8217; at the Biden Administration&#8217;s DOJ, HHS and FBI, the complaint states, &#8216;particularly Assistant United States Attorney, Tina Ansari.&#8217;<br>Ansari&#8217;s family has &#8216;substantial financial and political ties&#8217; to TCH and Baylor College of Medicine, which ultimately caused her to recuse from the case.<br>Haim&#8217;s complaint, citing her connections to the hospitals, names Ansari as a &#8216;willing accomplice&#8217; to his unlawful prosecution.<br>&#8216;Because of the pretextual investigation and sham prosecution against him, Dr. Haim has been blacklisted from major hospitals and surgical practices, unable to obtain valuable credentialing or privileges despite being otherwise qualified,&#8217; the lawsuit said.<br>&#8216;Haim was forced to constantly fend off and refute false claims that he violated the HIPPA act and engaged in a host of other unethical behaviors, including the malicious accusations Defendant Dr. Rialon made about him on WebMD and other Google physician reviews.&#8217;</p>

<p>Haim&#8217;s attorneys argue that his surgical and academic career have been &#8216;irreparably limited&#8217; and that his &#8216;standing in the community has been harmed to the point that he fears for his life.&#8217;<br>He has allegedly faced numerous death threats as a result of the false accusations made against him and was forced to take additional security measures to protect himself and his family.</p>
