<p class="has-small-font-size"><strong>Lorna Hajdini, an executive director at JPMorgan Chase, is accused in a lawsuit of sexual abuse, race discrimination and work place coercion of a married male colleague, who reported to her &#8211; drugging, <strong>coercing</strong> victim into &#8216;humiliating sex acts&#8217; spanning months, despite his saying &#8216;no&#8217;</strong></p>



<p>A lawsuit in the New York County Supreme Court has accused a high powered female executive at the major investment bank JPMorgan Chase, [JPMC], of sexually harassing and abusing a junior male colleague. The complainant in the suit further accuses her of racially abusing him, drugging him, and threatening him when he refused to satisfy her cravings.<br>The complaint filed on Monday by an plaintiff referred to as John Doe, who wants to remain anonymous as protection for himself and his family, after receiving threats.<br>The filing accuses Lorna Hajdini, 37, an executive director in JPMorgan Chase’s Leveraged Finance division of coercing the alleged victim, referred to as John Doe, a married senior VP, who albeit reported to her, into performing “non-consensual and humiliating sex acts” for months, ignoring his pleas that she should stop. <br>Hajdini&#8217;s employer, JPMorgan Chase , is named as a co-defendant.<br>Doe claims Hajdini admitted that on multiple occasions she drugged him with the date rape drug Rohypnol, known on the street as &#8216;roofie&#8217;, reducing him to tears while she performed a sex act on him over his remonstration &#8211; incapacitated by the drug.</p>

<p>JPMorgan Chase, named in the suit, is alleged to have enabled the abuse named in the lawsuit and to have retaliated against the banker after he reported it. JPMC instead, the complainant claimed, placed him on involuntary leave and destroyed his reputation, allowing Hajdini and others to go unpunished.<br>In March 2024, Doe, who is Asian, joined JPMC as a Senior VP/Director. A month later, Hajdini was appointed to the team in a senior role. The harassment and serial abuse kicked off soon after.<br>In one incident in May 2024, Doe alleges Hajdini dropped her pen on the floor next to him, then squeezed his calf as she bent to pick it up, saying, “Oh, you did play basketball in college? … I love basketball players… they get me so wet.” <br>Her advances thereafter increased in intensity, allegedly becoming more explicit and later that month, Hajdini invited him out for drinks. He declined the invitation. Spurned the suit alleges, she then told him, “If you don’t f–k me soon, I’m going to ruin you… never forget, I f–king own you.”<br>Doe also claimed that Hajdini propositioned him for oral sex two times in the office. At one point, she allegedly said to him, “Birthday BJ for the brown boy? My little brown boy.”</p>

<p>Later, at a work social event at Hajdini’s private members club, she allegedly told Doe, “You’re gonna need to earn it, my little Arab boy toy,” and repeatedly groped his groin under the table. She also allegedly spat in her hands and ran them over his neck and head.<br>Things later escalated to sexual assault, to corroborate parts of this account, the filing cites two witnesses.<br>Hajdini is alleged to have admitted to drugging Doe with the date-rape drug and other drugs without his knowledge, enabling her to facilitate sexual activity, the complaint says. <br>His tormentor also gained unauthorized access to his to his bank account to track his “every move,” Doe alleges.<br>Later that summer she allegedly showed up at an apartment where Doe was staying, then proceeded to perform unwanted oral sex on him before forcing him to return the favor.<br>Hajdini is quoted as saying “I bet your little Asian, fish head, wife doesn’t have these cannons,” fondling her own breasts. She then removed his pants forcibly and performed oral sex on him against his will, </p>

<p class="has-small-font-size"><strong>No merit to the case: JPMorgan Chase countering said, “Following an investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims,” that a thorough internal investigation found no evidence to support the accusations.</strong></p>



<p>As her unwilling victim was reduced to tears, according to the lawsuit, she chided him, “Stop f–king crying. You think anyone would ever believe you? You’re a f–king douche bag who thinks he’s hot s–t, but you can’t even get your d–k hard for me? What the f–k is this?”<br>When she was done she ordered Doe to perform oral sex on her, to which the lawsuit said he did because he was “afraid that Ms. Hajdini would act on her threats to retaliate against him.”<br>Hajdini is said to have continually assaulted him for months after the encounter.<br>Doe eventually filed a written complaint to JPMC in May 2025, detailing what he described as race and gender-based discrimination and harassment. <br>Instead of the expected succor, the firm responded by launching retaliation against him a week later, Doe claims. <br>The complainant and his family then received anonymous, threatening phone calls from individuals, with one allegedly saying, “Just wait ‘till you’re back in New York, Brown boy…You&#8217;d better stay away — snitch.” Attorney Daniel J Kaiser claims his client has been diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) following the horrific alleged events and continues to struggle financially due to the fallout of the investigation.<br>In his lawsuit the complaint is seeking damages for lost earnings, emotional distress, and reputational harm, as well as punitive damages and changes to the bank’s practices.<br>“Following an investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims,” a spokesman for JPMC said, adding that a thorough internal investigation found no evidence to support the accusations.<br>“While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations.”</p>
