escape routes within the National Park corridor&comma; leading to the victims&&num;8217&semi; safe release&period;<br>The the terrorists had issue the threat that they would kill the captives if security forces tried to rescue them&period;<br>Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo state announced that security operatives searching for the victims encountered improvised explosive devices planted by the attackers&comma; leaving some personnel injured&period;<br>Eight of the suspected terrorists were arrested and are now in the custody of the state security services&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
