He left behind his wife, his four children, and apparently a ticket he paid too much for or paid twice, despite his known efforts to eliminate the possibility of ever getting a ticket.</span></div>
<div class="mol-para-with-font"><span style="font-size:small;">Jobs changed his car every six months to avoid so he having to get a license plate, which is loophole in the rules in the state of California.</span></div>

<div class="mol-para-with-font"><span style="font-size:small;">According to the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA), it has listed in a series of alphabetical PDF files of those who paid too much on their ticket or to those who paid their ticket twice. </span></div>
<div class="mol-para-with-font"><span style="font-size:small;">Those that wish to claim their refund can do so by filling out a two-page form giving your name and address. SFMTA will then contact those parties within three weeks and they can expect a check within 30 days, according to The Register. </span></div>
