</span><span style="font-size:large;">A plastic surgeon who injected a tragic Brazilian model with face fillers has been accused by <a href="http://www.mirror.co.uk/all-about/police">police</a> of forging her death certificate. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-size:large;">Raquel Santos, 28, suffered a heart attack after cosmetic surgeon Wagner Moraes administered the fillers.</span><br />
<span style="font-size:large;">The surgery-obsessed mum-of-two wanted the op to remove &#8220;laughter lines&#8221; she thought were spoiling her looks.</span><br />
<span style="font-size:large;">Now police say Moraes fixed her death certificate to hide the fact he did not ask Santos if she was taking any other drugs that might affect the fillers he was using.</span><br />
<span style="font-size:large;">Investigators say as a cosmetic surgeon, Moraes &#8211; from Niteroi, a suburb of Rio de Janeiro &#8211; had no legal right to issue a cause of death certificate.</span><br />

<p><span style="font-size:large;">The steroid is regularly used by bodybuilders but can raise blood pressure to dangerous levels.</span><br />
<span style="font-size:large;">Police claim Moraes twice failed to ask if Santos was taking other medication which would interfere with her facial op.</span><br />
<span style="font-size:large;">Police official Mario Jose Lamblet dos Santos explained: &#8220;She was checked twice by the doctor.&#8221;</span></p>
