who was also her biological uncle&comma; in Belize has blamed &&num;8216&semi;crooked&&num;8217&semi; police for framing her&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Tracy Shannon Nessl began a romantic relationship with Timothy McNamara in 2012 and two years later he was dead of a gunshot to the head on their Belizean farm&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Belizean police accused Nessl of murdering her husband but inconsistent details in the police report and forensics seem to back the 44-year-old&&num;8217&semi;s case that McNamara&comma; who was 22 years older than her&comma; killed himself&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Nessl and McNamara struck up a connection when Nessl was visiting her grandparents in Soap Lake&comma; Washington&comma; Nessl told KREM&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Although they had not had a relationship while Nessl was growing up&comma; McNamara&&num;8217&semi;s adult children were disturbed by their father&&num;8217&semi;s incestual relationship&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&&num;8216&semi;It was hard to know what to do&comma;&&num;8217&semi; Jennifer Ralston&comma; Tim McNamara&&num;8217&semi;s daughter&comma; said&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;To escape the scrutiny of their small town&comma; Nessl and McNamara fled to Belize&comma; bought a farm and planned to open a bed and breakfast&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;McNamara&comma; who had an orchard in Washington&comma; used a &dollar;240&comma;000 insurance payout to buy the property in the Central American country&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The couple got married in Belize&comma; but the marriage was later voided when the government learned of the couple&&num;8217&semi;s biological relation&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;McNamara&&num;8217&semi;s adult children Jennifer Ralston &lpar;left&rpar; a painful blow to the devoted father&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;And as McNamara&&num;8217&semi;s relationship with his children fell into disarray&comma; so did his finances&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;In 2014&comma; which meant he had transferred the interest of the property to her two years earlier&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;His children feared the farm would be sold should McNamara die&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;On Christmas 2014&comma; that fear was realized&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;McNamara went outside with a Glock in hand&comma; which Nessl said he often did when the dogs barked&comma; meaning some predatory animal was in the area&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;He fired a shot&comma; but never returned inside&comma; Nessl said&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;She found him dead of a gunshot wound to the back of the head on their porch&period; She ran to a neighbor&&num;8217&semi;s house for help&comma; but it took hours for help to arrive&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&&num;8216&semi;He was on his side and I was just spooning with him with a blanket over both of us to keep him warm&comma;&&num;8217&semi; Tracy said&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The death was originally called a suicide&comma; but then&comma; Nessl claims&comma; the lead officer of the Belizean police told her McNamara owed him money&period; When she declined to pay him&comma; the case was turned into a homicide&comma; she says&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Orlando Vera&comma; the National Forensic Science Service for the Ministry of National Security for Belize&comma; later issued a report saying McNamara did not fire the bullet that ended his life&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;McNamara&&num;8217&semi;s children also believe Nessl is responsible for their father&&num;8217&semi;s death&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&&num;8216&semi;The evidence is all there&semi; it&&num;8217&semi;s all there&comma;&&num;8217&semi; Jennifer Ralston said&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Nessl  has since returned to Washington state and is fighting extradition back to Belize after they filed a warrant to Interpol for her arrest&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;They have filed a civil wrongful death lawsuit against Nessl for killing their father for financial gain&comma; they allege&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Belize has since issued a warrant for Nessl&&num;8217&semi;s arrest&comma; which has been posted to Interpol&period; Nessl moved back to Washington to tend to McNamara&&num;8217&semi;s orchard after his death&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;She is currently waiting to learn if she&&num;8217&semi;ll be extradited back to Belize&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;However&comma; the report Belize issued regarding McNamara&&num;8217&semi;s death is full of contradictions&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Orlando Vera wrote in the McNamara&&num;8217&semi;s death report that the bullet entered on the left side of Tim McNamara’s head and exited on the right&comma; but later in the same report&comma; Vera said the bullet exited on the left side of the head&comma; according to KREM&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Nessl&&num;8217&semi;s lawyer&comma; John Henry Browne&comma; said McNamara was clearly depressed due to the financial burden of the farm and wrote &&num;8216&semi;sentimental emails&&num;8217&semi; to his children just before his death&period; He said Nessl had no motive to kill her husband and her life is more challenging now than if he were alive&period;
