&&num;8220&semi;Lucifer in the flesh&&num;8221&semi; Wednesday<&sol;strong><&sol;h5>&NewLine;<p>Boehner&comma; surprising no one with his blunt insults&comma; said he wouldn’t vote for Cruz&comma; in the off-chance the candidate becomes the republican nominee&period; He will&comma; however&comma; happily vote for Donald Trump&colon; He is &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;texting buddies” with the billionaire businessman and the pair have golfed together for years&comma; he said&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Cruz fired back at the former speaker Thursday&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;Tell me again who will stand up to Washington&quest; Trump&comma; who&&num;8217&semi;s Boehner&&num;8217&semi;s &&num;8220&semi;texting and golfing buddy&comma;&&num;8221&semi; or Carly &amp&semi; me&quest;” he tweeted a day after he named ex-tech boss Carly Fiorina as his running mate&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Boehner also touched on the rest of the 2016 candidates during the Wednesday night talk&period; He has soft spot for the third Republican still in the race&comma; Ohio Gov&period; John Kasich&comma; he said&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;&lbrack;Kasich&rsqb; requires more effort on my behalf than all my other friends&comma;” he said without elaborating on what that means&period; &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;But he’s still my friend&comma; and I love him&period;”<br &sol;>&NewLine;Speaking on GOP unity during his time in congress&comma; Boehner frequently referenced the Freedom Caucus as the &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;knuckleheads” and &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;goofballs” in Congress&comma; but when it came to the Democrats in Congress&comma; Boehner asserted that both parties have their own inner-divisions&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;The thing that’s different about Republicans and Democrats is that &lbrack;Democrats&rsqb;
