Keeping it simple in all-black were Victoria’s Secret models Lily Donaldson and Doutzen Kroes who both flaunted their slender physiques in plunging gowns.
Both of the gorgeous blondes oozed sex appeal – with Lily vamping up her look with dark plum lipstick and Doutzen flashing some skin with a thigh-high split.
Julianne Moore followed in their lead in a curve-hugging dress, which featured sheer panelling and cobras embroidered in sequins. Talk about bad-ass.

Elsewhere there was a flurry of colour – with yellow a firm favourite for the night as Pitch Perfect star Anna Kendrick and Jessica Chastain both stepped out in it. While Anna teamed her eye-catching gown with a slick of red lipstick, Jessica kept things au-naturel – instead letting her plunging neckline and jewelled necklace do the talking.

In true red carpet style, there were also a few dresses that made an impression for all the wrong reasons, such as the ruffled pink gown from Thai actress Araya A. Hargate – it looks impossible to sit down in. Italian model Bianca Balti followed in a similar ensemble, which included trailing blue ruffles and black lace.
