Jennifer Denen, 30, and her 47-year-old boyfriend, Clarence Reed, were arrested Friday after officers found Denen’s daughter covered in bruises and dried blood.<br />
Officers said the pair used zip ties to strap the girl to her bed, for climbing on the kitchen cabinets.<br />

Police raided the couple’s Hot Springs home on a child abuse tip from the Department of Human Services.<br />
On arrival, officers found the 4-year-old girl with a black eye, a swollen face, dried blood on her head and ligature marks from being tied up.<a href="http://61ae0c0gsx5wfpbi1ngks79bz9.hop.clickbank.net/" target="_top">Click Here!</a> when one officer asked the little girl her name, “Idiot,” she responded.<br />
Another child explained that Denen and Reed called the 4-year-old “idiot instead of using her name,” according to police records.</p>

<p>The girl was placed in protective custody. Denen and Reed were charged with domestic battery, permitting abuse of a minor and endangering welfare of a minor.</p>

<p class="mol-para-with-font">Denen admitted seeing Reed hit the child on the behind with a plastic bat and she did not seek medical attention for her daughterl&#8217;s injuries at any point.<br />
Reed also admitted he hit the girl with a wooden paddle and zip-tied her to the bed after he found her climbing into the cupboards in their home.<br />
The mother also admitted calling the malnourished girl &#8216;Idiot&#8217; but said it was a joke.<br />
The mother of six lost custody of the oldest four to their biological father while the youngest, whose father is Reed, is also now in state custody.<br />
