<article>A woman’s report that she was being held captive in a home led to the arrest of a kidnapping suspect, a murder confession and the discovery of the remains of three other people, authorities said.<br />
Shawn Grate, a homeless Ohio man was arrested at the house after a woman called 911 to say she was being held captive.The woman said she had been tied up at the Ashland home, but partly freed herself to make the call while the suspect, Shawn Grate, was asleep in the same room.&#8221;I&#8217;ve been abducted,&#8221; the woman said softly during Tuesday&#8217;s call, released the following day by authorities: &#8220;Please hurry.&#8221;<br />

<p>The woman said Grate had a stun gun and she was afraid to wake him. She had known him for about a month and a half, she told the dispatcher.<br />

<p>One of the bodies was that of 43-year-old Stacey Stanley, who had been reported missing from Huron County. Stanley&#8217;s son said she had been missing since Sept. 8.<br />
In addition, the 40-year-old Grate led investigators to a third person&#8217;s remains at a property in neighboring Richland County. Authorities found decomposed remains down a ravine in a wooded area behind a house.<br />
Grate confessed he had killed a woman in June at a house that was destroyed by a fire that month.</p>

<h6><strong>Missing Stacey Stanley turned out to be one of Grate&#8217;s victims</strong></h6>
<p>One of the bodies found Tuesday morning belonged to 43-year-old Stacey Stanley.<br />
Stanley was last seen around 10 p.m. last Thursday. According to the family, Stanley called her brother on the nigh of her disappearance, saying she had a flat tire but was on her way home, but she never returned.<br />
Grate&#8217;s priors beginning in 1994, include burglary, assault, criminal trespassing, aggravated menacing, theft, domestic violence, violation of a protection order and abduction.<br />
A woman who got away from Grate, Tracey Young, said the killer lured her to the home two weeks earlier after she met him at a party. Young said Grate asked her for sex, offering her alcohol and pills but she quickly had a bad feeling about the situation and minutes later was able to run out of the house.<br />
The homes where the bodies were found in Ashland were supposed to be vacant, cops. He is currently being held in the Ashland County Jail on an abduction charge.</p>
