roughly 50 miles southeast of Atlanta&comma; arrested Hall on Monday after she checked out of a private facility&period; Investigators have sought to calm the community after the apparent Sept&period; GBI agents said&period; Her bond had yet to be set Monday afternoon&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;In her initial ststement&comma; Hall first told GBI investigators her police cruiser’s video and audio recording equipment were turned off at the time of the midnight shooting&comma; however&comma; the agents later discovered a video on the hard drive that disproved her account of events&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;She had also failed to disclose that she had a second department-issued handgun&period; According to the GBI agents&comma;  Hall planted a shell casing from the Glock &period;27 and claimed the suspect had fired it into her bulletproof vest&comma; according to charging documents&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Hall was scheduled to make her first appearance &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;just like everybody else” in court Tuesday&comma; Butts County Sheriff’s assistant Amanda Mac said&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Records show that before embarking on a police career&comma; Hall has also been previously convicted on a felony charge and receivedand received five years of probation&period; She was charged with first-degree criminal damage to property more than 20 years ago in the 90s after an arrest in Spalding County&period; She was fined &dollar;1&comma;700 in addition to the probation&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;But it turns out he Jackson police chief knew about Hall&&num;8217&semi;s criminal record&comma;
