The mother of three was accused of helping cover up the fact that her husband had just murdered two of their neighbors.</p>

Det. Pate in the affidavit wrote that he “believes that Tiffany Heath knew that an investigation was being conducted in regards to the murders that Cary Heath committed” and that she “intentionally attempted to destroy and conceal evidence of said murders.”<br />
Cary Heath was formally charged Wednesday with capital murder of multiple victims.</p>

Investigators say they still don’t know what prompted Sunday’s double slaying.<br />
<a class="" href="http://www.dallasnews.com/news/crime/2016/10/25/murder-suspect-chatted-victims-fort-worth-halloween-party-shooting-police-say" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Dallasnews.com</a> reports that George Haros and Daniel Garcia had briefly stopped by at a neighbor’s party early Sunday, which Cary and Tiffany Heath had also been attending.<br />
After a friendly, cordial conversation, the two victims left to return home while Cary Heath walked to his own house. Minutes later, multiple gunshots rang out.</p>

<p>Recounting the events of early Sunday morning, a 911 caller said they had looked outside after hearing the shots and saw a white man standing over Daniel Haros, striking him with the butt of a rifle. When the witness yelled at the suspect to stop, Heath pointed the rifle at the witness and asked if they “had a problem”.<br />
Cary allegedly, then ran into a neighbor’s home, handed his 1-year-old baby to someone and said: “This is the last time I will see the baby. I killed two people,” according to the Star-Telegram. At this point his wife ran outside and announced seeing a dead person in a driveway across the street.<br />
Eighth-grade science teacher, Cary Heath, who is also a 13-year US Air Force veteran was arrested Monday, in the parking lot of Permenter Middle School. He has been suspended and placed him on administrative leave by the school district. He was formally charged Wednesday, with capital murder of multiple victims. Bail is set at $1 million.<br />
Tiffany is charged with tampering with evidence and was being held on $5,000 bond.</p>
