<p>A rapist executed a planned attack on a hapless victim by first plying the teen girl with vodka at his house party. When the tipsy teenager retreated to an upstairs bedroom to steady herself, he pounced. After the initial attack he asked his victim “do you hate me?” then repeated the sexual assault.</p>

<p class="article__content article__content--intro">Ryan Pheasant, 32, was found guilty of raping the 17-year-old girl after plying her with alcohol including vodka at a party in 2013 and sentenced to eight-and-a-half years in prison, by a court in London, UK<br />
The court heard that Pheasant, from Maidenhead, followed the young girl to a bedroom where he attacked her, going outside for a cigarette before returning to the room. He was found guilty of one count of raping the teen at an address in Ruislip in the early hours of September 1, 2013.<br />
Prosecutor Fer Chinner said guests at the party described the defendant as “creepy”, as well as being “too touchy-feely” with the young woman.</p>

<p>The experience left the young woman “emotionless, scared and pale” after the party, refusing to leave her bedroom for six months after the attack, the court was told<br />
Prosecutor Chinner described the attack, telling the court “One of the people encouraging her [the victim] to drink is the defendant and he keeps pouring her drinks, vodka.<br />
“His attention is unnatural and others guests feel uncomfortable. One describes him as creepy and too touchy-feely, hugging and kissing her.<br />
“Wherever she was, he was there as this alcohol-fuelled party continues.”<br />

“He starts kissing her and taking her bra and knickers off and then rapes her and when he’s finished he says: ‘Do you hate me?’<br />
“She lies there crying, not knowing what to do and he goes for a cigarette and comes back to the room and rapes her again.”</p>

<p>Pheasant, who was <span class="il">acquitted on</span> two more rape counts, denied any sexual contact with the woman.<br />
After the attack, the teen made a video statement to police ten days after the rape. A police doctor found evidence of sexual intercourse, as well as, an unidentified semen stain is on her blue velvet party dress.<br />
When questioned by police <span class="m_4463519508738506241m_2517912177719312103gmail-il">Pheasant</span> insisted her account was fictitious, but did admit entering the room to help her to bed and then returning with her music system.</p>
