was taking bags of clothes out of the bin&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&&num;8220&semi;She was fishing bags out and the ladder she was standing on gave way and she couldn&&num;8217&semi;t get her hand loose&comma;&&num;8221&semi; he said&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Judy Permer allegedly&comma; went to the donation bin around 2 a&period;m&period; Sunday&period; She was discovered six hours later&comma; around 8&colon;30 a&period;m&period; on Monday and pronounced dead at the scene&period; Police said Permer who is described as short&comma; was using a step stool to reach into the bin when it collapsed beneath her&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;With her left arm became stuck in the clothing bin&comma; her feet were left hanging just above the ground&comma;
