president of the Sergeants Benevolent Association&comma; called the change in Colon&&num;8217&semi;s duty status &&num;8220&semi;political&comma;&&num;8221&semi; and asked if the sergeant didn’t do his job&comma; the Daily News after he was caught drunk on the job&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;But Evans’ lawyer&comma; Stuart London&comma; said prosecutors have no evidence his client was actually drunk because no tests were performed on the officer&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;London also called the Bronx district attorney&&num;8217&semi;s office &&num;8220&semi;reckless&&num;8221&semi;
