Michelle Ashley Craig was filmed wheeling her daughter, who was dressed as Frozen’s Anna, out of Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Orlando, Florida, on April 15.
The $1,800 Bugaboo stroller belonged to fellow mother Lauren Collazo who’d left her wallet, car keys and her niece’s Epipen in its storage compartments when Craig took it.

According to an ABC Action News investigation, it was not the first stroller she stole from the amusement park.

Collazo said she was left stranded without cash or ID because of it: ” It was the fact that she took it away from me the day that I needed it the most and ruined everybody’s day at Disney.”

She was able to identify it as her stroller from accessories that its first owner placed on it and that were still there when it was delivered to her.
