 owner of Osprey Health Care Center in St&period; Petersburg&comma; admitted he led the woman into his office on May 22&comma; locked the door&comma; and then had sex with the woman&period; However&comma; De La Piedra insisted the sex was consensual&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The victim&comma; however&comma; told officials she fell to the ground after De La Piedra tried to wrap his arms around her&comma; Petersburg&comma; Fla an assisted living facility<&sol;strong><&sol;dt>&NewLine;<&sol;dl>&NewLine;<p>The incident happened about 3 p&period;m&period; Monday &lpar;May 22&rpar; at the Osprey Assistant Living Facility&comma; in St&period; Petersburg&comma; Florida&period; Deputies said De La Piedra&comma; who owns the Osprey ALF&comma; asked the 44-year-old woman to come into his office and speak with him&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The woman entered the office to speak with De La Piedra when he locked the office door behind her&period; Deputies said De La Piedra then hugged the woman who immediately attempted to get away from her employer&comma; who then sexually assaulted her&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The victim told deputies she resisted the unwanted sexual contact and told her attacker &&num;8216&semi;no&&num;8217&semi; who works at the Osprey&comma; said after the assault she was finally able to escape from De La Piedra and leave the office&period; She immediately reported the incident to other employees and deputies were later notified&period;
