administrative hearings was made public&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Garmback told investigators he didn&&num;8217&semi;t know Rice was a child at the time of the shooting while Loehmann told officials&comma; &&num;8220&semi;I thought I was going to die&period;&&num;8221&semi;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Ironically&comma; just as the officer involved in the fatal shooting of the minor and his partner were both being given a clean bill of health&comma; the dispatcher Constance Hollinger&comma; who fielded the precipitating 911 call&comma; was suspended eight days&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;She was indicted for failing to relay critical information to officers Loehmann and Garmback during the incident&period;
