<p class="mol-para-with-font">According to the Northern Lancaster County Regional Police Department, officers responded to Warwick Township on Saturday morning after getting a call from a witness about three people who were engaging in public sex acts.<br />
The site of the polyamorous rendezvous was the rooftop of a building, according to a <a class="" href="https://lancaster.crimewatchpa.com/nlcrpd/8795/post/three-charged-engaging-sex-act-warwick-township" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">press release</a> from the police.</p>

<p class="mol-para-with-font">Patrol officers who arrived at the scene interviewed the threesome, who reportedly admitted they were engaged in the activity but &#8216;felt that their position was private&#8217; and not visible from other locations.<br />
The suspects, identified as Howley, Beger, and Venbrux, were each charged with a single count of disorderly conduct &#8216;for the creation of physically offensive conditions,&#8217; according to the police statement.<br />
The oldest member of the group, Venbrux, has engaged in a spin downplaying the entire incident as he defended his conduct in a Facebook post on Monday.<br />
‘The news makes it look a lot cooler then it was,’ he wrote. ‘Not everything you read in the news is true.’</p>

<p class="mol-para-with-font">In response to a friend’s inquiry, Venbrux stated that he and his two companions had their clothes on.<br />
‘We were just watching the sunrise,’ he added. ‘The cops came because of noise and the neighbors saw us up there kissing. Apparently that is considered a sex act now. As per usual with this things it&#8217;s all getting blow outta [sic] proportion.’<br />
In his latest status update, apparently referring to Saturday’s incident, Venbrux wrote, ‘fake news, ’ however Northern Lancaster authorities have booked he and and his co-defendants on related charges.</p>

<blockquote><p><strong>&#8220;Disorderly Conduct – Summary (Non-Traffic)</strong> – The NLCRPD issued summons to three persons Saturday morning at June 12, 2017 following a call to NLCPRD reporting three persons engaged in public sex acts on the roof of a building in Warwick Township.<br />
Summons were filed to the following subjects charging each with a single count of disorderly conduct.<br />
&#8211; Amanda Howley, age 24, of 3600 block of Main Street Birdsboro, PA<br />
&#8211; Joel T. Beger, age of 300 block of Drummers Court, Wayne, PA<br />
&#8211; Kevin Venbrux, age 26, of 2000 block of Main Street Lititz, PA<br />
The charges follow reporting of the incident from a witness to the NLCRPD. The witness stated that the three subjects were on the roof of an adjacent building engaged in sexual activity.<br />
Patrol officers investigating the incident met with the three subjects, who reported that they were engaged in the activity but felt that their position was private, and not able to be observed from other locations.<br />
Subjects were charged with disorderly conduct, for the creation of physically offensive conditions. All subjects are presumed innocent until adjudicated of the offense charged.&#8221;</p></blockquote>
