They worked at a chain of seedy massage parlours where older ladies offered sex to customers including undercover officers.<br />
Brothel owner Connie Su Moser, aka “Vivian” and “Song Ye Hong,” 64, of Lewisville appearing before Judge Jane J. Boyle,Monday afternoon, pled guilty to charges related to the operation of the Doll House massage parlor in Dallas, according to U.S. Attorney John Parker of the Northern District of Texas.<br />
Moser admitted guilt in one count of use of a facility of interstate commerce in aid of a racketeering enterprise and one count of misprision of a felony.</p>

<p>Suspected madam Connie Su Moser, 64, now faces jail after the guilty plea on charges stemming from a sex-trafficking investigation.<br />
Prosecutors say Moser was “engaged in a prostitution enterprise” as owner of The Doll House massage parlour in Dallas.<br />
Court documents reveal she regularly visited the sex palour where she collected money and checked on managers and employees.<br />
She was arrested last year along with 14 other women aged between 48 and 73, who worked at eight suspected brothels in the city.<br />

Customers would often respond to the ads either by calling to make an appointment or by walking into the spa, the court documents state.<br />
Clients would arrange to come to the Doll House under the guise of receiving a “body rub,” but in reality would pay for and receive commercial sex.<br />
After paying the initial fee to the spa manager, client would be taken into a room by one of the female employees, where the commercial sex acts would occur.<br />
The employee would receive a “tip” once the commercial sex act had been performed, and the employee would pay a portion of the money back to the Doll House each day.<br />
Undercover officers paid managers for a massage and were then offered full sex by the masseuse in return for a “tip”.<br />
The women had to pay a portion of “tips” to the brothel, a court heard.</p>

<p>Moser pleaded guilty to one count of using of a facility of interstate commerce in aid of racketeering enterprise and one count of concealing knowledge of a felony.<br />
She faces a maximum penalty of five years in prison and a $250,000 fine when sentenced in October.<br />
When Moser was arrested police found $420,000 in cash at her home and there was $70,000 in her bank accounts. She drove a 2015 Lexus.<br />
Five of the massage parlours — Number 1 Spa, Green Spa, Home Town Spa, Dupond Studio and 7 Star Spa — were within a one-block radius of each other in North-West Dallas.<br />
Two other massage parlours, Empire Spa and Gold One Spa, were in a strip mall in another district nearby.</p>

<p>Co-conspirator Kum Shugars, 68, a manager at Dallas Doll House pled guilty in June to one count of use of a facility of interstate commerce in aid of a racketeering enterprise and one count of misprision of a felony. Sentencing for Shugars is scheduled for Oct. 12.<br />
The other defendant charged in the case, Allen Nash, aka “A-1,” 31, of Dallas, is charged with one count each of sex trafficking of children; transportation of a minor to engage in commercial sex acts; felon in possession of ammunition; sex trafficking through force, fraud or coercion and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. Nash is scheduled to begin trial on July 17.<br />
The parlors were busted after undercover agents visited. In most cases, an agent pretended he wanted a massage and paid the manager. During the massages, employees asked agents if they wanted to have sex. The agents then found excuses , including once faking an asthma attack, to leave the premises.<br />
The agents returned to the massage parlors in late August, 2016 and arrested the managers and owners.<br />
Those arrested were: Youngsa Gilliland, 53; Soo Jin Cho, 48; In Sun Lee, 59; Un Hui Kamemoto, 55; Yong Suk Lee, 65; Yon Im Canapp, 58; Un Toner, 55; Jung Ja Hwang, 73; Kwangsun Kang, 72; Sun Williams, 64; Im Gyeong Sook, 53; Suk Chong Freeman, 58; In Cha Kennedy, 54, and Kum Shugars, 67.<br />
According to the arrest warrant affidavits, the brothel managers oversaw at least 21 women, ranging in age from 48 to 73, some of whom police think were victims of sex trafficking.</p>
