<div>Three people have been charged in the murder of a Houston teen whose body was found burned and sexually mutilated.</div>

<p>A man and two women were charged Thursday after the burned body parts of believed to be a missing Houston teenager were found northeast of Cabool, in Southern Texas County.<br />
Police Thursday charged Andrew Vrba, 18, and his girlfriend, Isis Schauer, 18, both Houston residents, with first-degree murder, armed criminal action and abandonment of a corpse. Their accomplice Briana Calderas, 24, of Cabool, is charged with the first-degree murder and abandonment of a corpse in the killing of 17-year-old Joseph Steinfeld, <a href="http://www.houstonherald.com/news/three-charged-with-murdering-houston-teen/article_d4b43cfe-9f12-11e7-905c-335addea5cae.html">the Houston Herald reported</a>.<br />
Steinfeld’s burned remains were found at Calderas’ mobile home near Cabool after his family reported him missing on Sept. 14.</p>

<p>Two days earlier Houston police obtained some information which led them to the address, information from the suspects while in custody, police said. Investigators say Andrew Vrba admitted to first trying to poison Steinfeld, then stabbing him in the mobile home. Calderas and Isis Schauer, eventually admitted to helping dispose of the body.</p>

<p>Joseph Steinfield had been reported missing on Sept. 14. What authorities believe to be his burned body parts were discovered near Cabool.<br />
The break in the case came when police discovered the female suspects had messaged each other on Facebook about the murder.<br />
Vrba confessed to officers that he stabbed the teen to death and burned his body with the help of the women.<br />
The female suspects told police that Vrba had bragged about sexually mutilating the teen and gouging his eyes out, according to the Houston Herald.<br />
Texas County Prosecutor Parke Stevens Jr. describing the crime said “It is a grisly terrible series of heinous acts by the accused,” Stevens said.</p>

<p>According to the complaint warrant, Vrba admitted he stabbed Steinfield in the living room of the home and with the help of the two women, wrapped up the body, moved it outside and burned it, after the women traveled to Walmart stores miles away in Houston and Mountain Grove to buy accelerants and other items to aid in the burning.<br />
Vrba told police some of the bones were placed in a garbage bag and dumped in a chicken coop on the property. Investigators also found human bones in a burn pile next to the mobile home. Blood stains were discovered on the living room carpet.<br />
The oldest of the trio, Briana Calderas admitted that the death occurred there, but denied that she wanted the teen, who also goes by the name Ally Matthew Steinfeld on social media, to die. The victim&#8217;s phone and a knife were recovered at the mobile home.<br />
All three suspects are being held without bail.</p>
