<p>Two Colorado women have been charged with murder after police discovered the bodies of two young girls on a farm.<br />
Nashika Bramble, 36, and Madani Ceus, 37, were arrested last month along with three other people.<br />
They were all initially charged with Felony Child Abuse Causing Death, but prosecutors announced earlier this week that murder charges were added for Bramble and Ceus.<br />
A spokeswoman for the 7th Judicial District Attorney Dan Hotsenpiller <a href="https://www.cbsnews.com/news/2-women-charged-in-killings-of-two-young-girls-found-dead-on-colorado-farm/">told CBS News</a> they could not comment on what led to the murder charges.<br />
Police discovered the bodies of two female children, between the ages of 5 and 10, in mid-September on a farm in Norwood. Investigators said they believe the gnd a third woman irls had been dead for several weeks before the bodies were found.<br />
&#8220;In my 37 years as sheriff, I have never seen anything as cruel and heartless as this,&#8221; Sheriff Bill Masters said in a statement.<br />
Three others, a woman and two men also face charges in the girls&#8217; deaths.<br />
Frederick Blair, a 23-year-old man from Norwood, Ika Eden, a 53-year-old woman from Jamaica, and Ashford Archer, a 50-year-old man from Haiti, are charged with fatal child abuse.<br />
Blair and Archer also have been charged with acting as accessories to a crime.<br />
Bramble and Ceus, along with Frederick Blair, Ika Eden and Nathanyah Nitchitu were arrested.<br />
In addition to the fatal child abuse charge, Blair and Nitchitu were charged with acting as an accessory to a crime.</p>

<p>Susan Lilly, a spokeswoman for the San Miguel County Sheriff&#8217;s Office said they were not commenting on how the bodies were found or what relationship the children had with the adults.<br />
&#8220;The San Miguel Sheriff&#8217;s Office is continuing its investigation into this tragic case with the assistance of the Colorado Bureau of Investigation,&#8221; she said.<br />
The San Miguel County&#8217;s Coroner&#8217;s Office has not released information as to the cause of death</p>
