<p>A New England woman has accused Kevin Spacey of assaulting her straight teenage son and filed a police report to back up her claim.<br />
Former Boston news anchor Heather Unruh says the award winning actor last year stuck his hand down the pants of her 18-year-old son and grabbed his genitals at a club on Nantucket Island last year.<br />
At a news conference late Wednesday morning, Unruh alleged it happened in July 2016 on Nantucket when her son was drunk at the Club Car restaurant.<br />
Heather Unruh said her son suffered &#8220;tremendous anger and anxiety&#8221; after the surprise attack and went to police last week to fill out a report and hand over undisclosed &#8220;evidence.&#8221;<br />
&#8220;A criminal investigation has begun,&#8221; she said, calling Spacey a &#8220;sexual predator.&#8221;<br />
&#8220;I want to see Kevin Spacey go to jail. I want to see Kevin Spacey have the hand of justice come down on him, not just for my son, but for the many others who have yet to speak their truth,&#8221; she said.</p>

<p>Unruh claims Spacey bought her son several drinks and eventually stuck his hand in her son’s pants and grabbed his genitals without consent in the crowded, dimly lit club. “This was completely unexpected,” Unruh said, adding that her son panicked and froze.<br />
After the alleged assault, Spacey pressed her stunned son to go to a private after-party with him, Unruh said.<br />
When Spacey went to the men’s room, Unruh said a “concerned woman” approached her son and asked him if he was okay. “She told him to run,” Unruh said and her son left the restaurant and ran to his grandmother’s home.<br />
He woke his sister and the two of them called their mother, who came to Nantucket the next day. “It harmed him and it cannot be undone,” Unruh said.<br />
The teenager did not report file a police report on the assault at the time she said, because of “embarrassment and fear”. Her son wasn&#8217;t emotionally ready at the time to publicly accuse Spacey of sexual assault, she said.<br />
The mother however, did call the sheriff on Nantucket and “we had a long conversation so that he knew about the incident and he very much wanted my son to come forward and report it.”<br />
&#8220;Nothing could have prepared my son for how that sexual assault would make him feel,&#8221; she said. &#8220;It harmed him, and it cannot be undone.&#8221;<br />
She said her son was &#8220;scared,&#8221; and that it wasn&#8217;t until the recent wave of allegations against Harvey Weinstein and other Hollywood heavyweights that she posted a cryptic Twitter message accusing Spacey of misconduct.<br />
When &#8220;Star Trek: Discovery&#8221; actor Anthony Rapp accused Spacey of making inappropriate sexual advances toward him when he was just 14 years old, Unruh&#8217;s son, now a19-year-old college sophomore, became &#8220;committed to stopping Kevin Spacey,&#8221; she said.</p>

<p>Speaking at a press conference with her lawyer Mitchell Garabedian on Wednesday, Unruh slammed Spacey, 58, for coming out as gay in his recent apology to Rapp, 46.<br />
&#8220;Shame on you for what you did to my son, and shame on you for using your apology to Anthony Rapp to come out as a gay man. That was an appalling attempt to deflect attention away from what you really are — a sexual predator. Your actions are criminal,&#8221; she said.</p>

<p>Spacey is also accused of attacking the son of actor Richard Dreyfuss. Harry Dreyfuss was 18 at the time of the alleged incident in 2008.<br />
According to Buzzfeed, Dreyfuss, was 18 years old when he, his father, and Spacey were alone in Spacey’s apartment in 2008. At the time, Spacey was the director of a play starring the elder Dreyfuss at the Old Vic in London.<br />
Spacey reportedly, assaulted Harry Dreyfuss with his dad in the same room. Spacey repeatedly put his hand on his thigh and eventually made his way into his crotch, while his father was focused on the script. His father did not see and he did not tell him about it for many years, the victim wrote.<br />
Unruh said she had been in contact with the Dreyfuss family and several of Spacey’s other alleged victims have reached out to her and her family.<br />
“Some of them have been suffering this for decades and haven’t told anyone, until they told me,” she said. “They’ve got a long way to go.”<br />
Garabedian said he is conducting his own investigation for a possible criminal or civil case against Spacey.<br />
Representatives for Spacey did not immediately respond to a request for comment.<br />
The Oscar winner currently, is reportedly seeking treatment at an undisclosed location.</p>
