When they pulled up to him to question him at 104th Road and 212th Place&comma; Blackwell appeared to adjust something on his waist&comma; prompting the officers to command him to stop&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Blackwell instead swung around and opened fire&comma; striking Moore in the head&comma; prosecutors say&period; Officers raced him to Jamaica Hospital&comma; where he died two days later&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;At the trial&comma; a witness testified that he saw an accused cop killer drop his gun while running from the scene of the May 2015 slaying of NYPD Officer Brian Moore&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Abdul Sadhik described seeing the suspect’s clumsy getaway through homes on 104th Rd&period; in Queens Village&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;When he jumped the fence&comma; he fell&comma; got up and then walked out onto the sidewalk&comma;” Sadhik testified that &OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;As he &lbrack;Blackwell&rsqb;&comma; was walking&comma; the gun fell out of his pocket&period; He picked it up and stuck it back in his pants&period;”<br &sol;>&NewLine;Even in custody Blackwell continued with his furtive movements&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;While in police custody at the 105th precinct stationhouse&comma; Blackwell reached into his sneakers and appeared to pull out a razor&comma; testified retired NYPD detective Sean Ward&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&OpenCurlyDoubleQuote;I immediately jumped up&comma; ran into the room and screamed&comma; &OpenCurlyQuote;He&&num;8217&semi;s got a razor&comma; he&&num;8217&semi;s got a razor&excl;’” said officer Ward who was watching Blackwell on a video monitor in a separate room&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;It turned out that Blackwell had no razor&comma;
