got their wishes Tuesday&comma; as the court ordered him out of their home&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Mark and Christina Rotondo of Camillus&comma; New York have been trying to evict their unemployed only son Michael for months because he refuses to pay rent or contribute in any way around the house&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;At a Tuesday ejectment hearing&comma; which lasted about 30 minutes&comma; New York State Supreme Court Judge Donald Greenwood sided with Mark and Christina Rotondo&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Judge Greenwood ordered  30-year-old Michael Rotondo to move out of his parents&&num;8217&semi; home&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The couple resorted to the a legal remedy to resolve conflicts in their non-formalized landlord and tenant impasse with their 30-year-old&comma; unemployed son&comma; which has lasted eight years&period;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<div class&equals;"artSplitter mol-img-group">Michael argued in court on Tuesday that legal precedent allowed him six months notice before his parents could kick him out&period; The judge pointed out another case that nullified that previous decision&comma; and called six months an &&num;8216&semi;outrageous&&num;8217&semi; lead time after an eviction notice grace period&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;Michael in response told the judge that it was &&num;8216&semi;outrageous&&num;8217&semi; Michael also said he runs his own &&num;8216&semi;successful&&num;8217&semi; business&comma; calling it &&num;8216&semi;the overwhelmingly superior choice for the economic well being over the working of a full-time job&&num;8217&semi;&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The Rotondos first asked their son to leave in a letter written on February 2<br &sol;>&NewLine;His father wrote that &&num;8216&semi;after a discussion with your Mother&comma; the letter read&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;When he had not moved out two weeks later&comma; his parents followed up with another letter&comma; telling him he had been &&num;8216&semi;evicted&&num;8217&semi;&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;&&num;8216&semi;You have heretofore been our guest and there is no lease or agreement that gives you any right to stay here without our consent&comma;&&num;8217&semi; they wrote&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;They then gave up another 30 days to leave&period;<br &sol;>&NewLine;The couple wrote a third letter five days later&comma; offering Michael &dollar;1&comma;100 to find a new place to stay and some advice on how to sell off his unused property and putting the proceeds towards  getting a new apartment&comma; including selling &&num;8216&semi;any weapons you may have&&num;8217&semi; for rent money&period;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;<&sol;div>&NewLine;
