A 38-year-old woman was arrested while visiting her son in a Florida jail — and now they both face trial dates later this month.</p>

<p>Jennifer Dilan was taken into custody Thursday as she went to see son Christian at the Lee County Jail, <a href="https://www.miamiherald.com/news/state/florida/article214185634.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">according to the Miami Herald</a>.</p>

<p>When cops found there was an active warrant, she was busted for four counts of fraud, two counts of petit theft and multiple other charges.<br />
She is facing charges from both the Lee County Sheriff&#8217;s Office and Fort Myers Police Department, according to the station.</p>

<p>Her 20-year-old son Cristian Dilan, was arrested for accessory after the fact to murder and grand theft last month. He was busted in connection with last year&#8217;s slaying of 34-year-old Sarah Nicholson, whose body was found in a home that caught on fire.</p>
