A 38-year-old woman was arrested while visiting her son in a Florida jail — and now they both face trial dates later this month.

Jennifer Dilan was taken into custody Thursday as she went to see son Christian at the Lee County Jail, according to the Miami Herald.

She was busted when she showed her identification at the jail, the newspaper reported.

It is the 12th time that Dilan has been arrested in the last 11 years.

When cops found there was an active warrant, she was busted for four counts of fraud, two counts of petit theft and multiple other charges.
She is facing charges from both the Lee County Sheriff’s Office and Fort Myers Police Department, according to the station.

She is being held at the jail on a bond of $51,500.
According to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, Jennifer Dilan who is from Cape Coral has a  long rap sheet that includes charges of burglary, possession, driving with a suspended license, fraud and dealing in stolen property.

Her 20-year-old son Cristian Dilan, was arrested for accessory after the fact to murder and grand theft last month. He was busted in connection with last year’s slaying of 34-year-old Sarah Nicholson, whose body was found in a home that caught on fire.

He will go on trial on July 9, while his mother will do the same three weeks later.
