Four people are dead and 11 have been injured in the shooting at the Jacksonville Landing in Jacksonville at about 2pm.<br />
Jacksonville Sheriff Mike Williams announced at 4:30 p.m. that the gunman, a white man, is dead, but he wouldn&#8217;t confirm casually counts, so it wasn&#8217;t known if the four dead included the shooter.<br />

The NFL gaming tournament was taking place over the weekend at the<a href="https://www.glhfgamebar.com/"> GLHF Game Bar</a> at Jacksonville Landing.<br />
Over the last few years, gaming has become more and more professionalized with giant conferences held across the country each year. The event was utilizing a live-streaming platform called Twitch at the time of the shooting. Footage of those moments have since been removed.<br />
The bar was scheduled to host a qualifying round for the Madden NFL Championship Series, a gaming tournament. It was using Twitch, a popular live-streaming gaming platform, to allow other gamers to watch players participating in the tournament.<br />

<p>According to the Jacksonville sheriff&#8217;s office said there is only one suspect in today&#8217;s shooting at Jacksonville Landing, and he is dead, officials said.<br />
&#8220;We have no outstanding suspects at this time. No outstanding suspects,&#8221; Sheriff Mike Williams said at a news conference. &#8220;We have one suspect in this case. He is deceased at the scene.&#8221;<br />
Williams described the suspect as a white man, but he did not identify him.</p>
