<div>A white woman in North Carolina who was caught on camera berating her black neighbor in a racist rant is now facing charges over the ordeal, police said.<br />
Susan Westwood, 51, of Charlotte, was charged Saturday with misusing 911, communicating threats and simple assault in connection to her viral tirade at the Camden Fairview apartment complex on Oct. 19, Charlotte-Mecklenburg police <a href="https://www.newsobserver.com/latest-news/article221096515.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener">told the Charlotte Observer</a>.</div>

westwood&#8217;s insults against the two women at the Camden Fairview apartment complex went viral after the women, posted video of the encounter on Facebook a week later.<br />
Th video shows Westwood appears to engage the other women without provocation, The Charlotte Observer previously reported.<br />
The siters are heard in the video asking her to leave them alone, and saying “you are harassing us”.<br />
Undeterred, Westwood continues to berate them, repeatedly asking, “Do you live here?” One of the sisters does live at the apartment complex.<br />
At some point Westwood told the women “don&#8217;t f&#8211;k with your life, you don&#8217;t need thos. Walk away.”<br />
She also asks the women, “Do I need to bring out my concealed weapon, too? This is North Carolina by the way.”<br />
One of the African-American women called 911 saying they were being harassed.<br />
Westwood also called 911, according to a 911 tape of the call released by police.<br />
“They are actually people that I’ve never seen here before,” she tells the dispatcher. “They are African-American.”</p>

Westwood — who appeared to be drunk at the time — berated a black neighbor and the woman’s sister as they waited for AAA over a car that broke down. But Westwood wasn’t satisfied with the woman’s response, sending her into a racist tirade toward the women.</div>

“OK, well we can do that,” Westwood replied. “Hi, how are you? I’m hot, I’m beautiful, I’m 51. What are we going to talk about tonight? Being hot, being beautiful, being white? Being — my new weave? Do you, do you live here?”<br />
Westwood also asked the women if they were visiting their “baby daddy” and repeatedly referenced her race during the bizarre incident.<br />
“I’m white and I make $125,000 a year and I want to make sure that you’re all up in here,” Westwood says. “Girl, girl, I got you, girl, I’m white, girl, I’m white!”<br />
Westwood continued: “Bitch, I’m still gonna make $125,000 Monday morning. Who are you? Do you live here? Is your boyfriend here? Is your baby daddy here?”<br />
At another point, Westwood asked the women, whom she accused of trying to break into apartments, if she needed to “bring out” her concealed weapon.<br />
“This is North Carolina, by the way,” Westwood said, according to a 911 tape released by police.<br />
Westwood also offered a police dispatcher $2,500 to “get them out here,” according to the recording.<br />
“They’ve been hanging out here for a while,” Westwood told police. “And they’ve been photographing me … But they’ve been going into that apartment. It’s just really strange.”<br />
A spokesman for Charter Communications, which bought Time Warner and later changed its name to Spectrum, confirmed to The Post last month that Westwood was terminated after the incident for a “blatant violation” of the company’s code of conduct.</div>
