<div>Authorities have arrested a suspect in three sexual assaults in 2014, police in New York said. <div>In the first attack, on Dec. 16, 2014, he allegedly forcibly kissed a 19-year-old woman he’d followed into her elevator on Roosevelt Drive in the East Village.<br />In the second attack, early the next morning, he allegedly grabbed a woman in her Harlem building, covering her mouth to smother her screams.<br /><a href="http://ronmat96.fxexperts.hop.clickbank.net"><img src="https://www.wallstreet-forex.com/images/banners/wsfr_2_evolution_768x90_1.jpg" rel="prettyPhoto"></a>A month later, on Jan. 14, 2015, he allegedly followed a 31-year-old woman into her Lower East Side apartment, pulling her pants down before fleeing.<br />Grainy surveillance video obtained by cops from the three attacks show the suspect wearing a Yankees cap, police said.<br /><img class="media-library__list-item-centered alignleft" draggable="false" src="https://i1.wp.com/konniemoments.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/01/Ra’Shaun-Kelley-4.jpg?ssl=1&;w=450" alt="Ra’Shaun Kelley 4" />The “weird to everyone” Ra’Shaun Kelley, [left], 35, reeked of body odor and wandered the seventh floor of 250 Park Ave. in sweatpants and slippers, said Joyce Santiago, who ran an arts education nonprofit from an office near the lawyer’s operation.</div>

<div>One petrified neighbor said: “I told my family six months ago that I was petrified of going to my office early in the morning because of this guy living there,” Santiago said Tuesday in an interview. <br />“He was creepy. I’m not shocked that he’s a serial sex fiend.”</div>
<div>“Knowing that a psycho was in your office. It’s not a comfortable walk to the office, not having the lights on,” said Santiago. <br />“You can’t have women working in this building, coming in Saturdays by themselves, when you know this man who is not mentally stable is sleeping in an office space,” she continued.<br />On Tuesday Kelley was charged with three counts of first-degree sexual abuse and three counts of burglary in the second degree as a sexually motivated felony. His bail was set at $200,000 cash or bond, and he continues to deny the allegations.</div>
<div>He is being held in lieu of $200,000 bond in a Rikers Island cell.</div>

<p>Kelley is also a suspect in two similar attacks police said Saturday <br />On Dec. 9, 2014 he allegedly, groped of a woman walking into her building. There is also a Dec. 28, 2014 sex assault of a 22-year-old woman in a stairwell, both in the East Village, police said.<br />In each of the assaults, Kelley slipped inside the women’s apartment buildings and tried to molest and rape the unsuspecting victims before fleeing. <br /><a href="http://ronmat96.printmytat.hop.clickbank.net"><img src="http://printmytattoo.com/images/banners/160x600-ani-b.gif" rel="prettyPhoto"></a><a href="http://ronmat96.printmytat.hop.clickbank.net"><img src="http://printmytattoo.com/images/banners/160x600-ani-a.gif" rel="prettyPhoto"></a><a href="http://ronmat96.printmytat.hop.clickbank.net"><img src="http://printmytattoo.com/images/banners/160x600-c.jpg" rel="prettyPhoto"></a><br />The alleged sex fiend&#8217;s crime wave led to Kelley&#8217;s arrest on Friday, facilitated by investigators following up on an evidence trail of video surveillance, witness statements and tips about the assaults that occurred between Dec. 8, 2014, and Jan. 14, 2015.<br />Santiago recalled an incident shortly after she moved into her office in mid-2017 when Kelley suffered a public meltdown over a piece of mail.<br />“He had an outburst with the girl at the front desk,” Santiago recalled. “He was yelling at her and cursing at her … That was my first introduction to this man.”<br />Kelley, a native of Canarsie, Brooklyn, denied all the charges. <br />The 2012 Law School graduate, specialized in commercial law. He authored a 2006 article in the Contemporary Justice Review law journal about “restorative justice,” including a section on how crime victims get closure by forgiving their attackers.</p>
