<p class="mol-para-with-font">Erica Cole, 31, was charged with attempted murder, second-degree assault and reckless endangerment after the incident.<br />
She remained held without bond at the Cullman County Detention Center in Cullman, Alabama Monday afternoon.<br />
Her husband, Nicholas Cole, was listed in stable condition at University of Alabama-Birmingham hospital Monday, according to an emailed statement from Cullman County Sheriff Deputy Bradley L. Williams.<br />
Cullman County Sheriff Matt Gentry told <a class="class" href="https://www.al.com/news/birmingham/2019/07/woman-shoots-husband-while-trying-to-shoot-someone-else-in-road-rage-incident-sheriff-says.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">AL.com</a> that the road rage incident began around 6.45pm Saturday on State Route 69 in Dodge City, Alabama.<br />
The shooting occurred some time later outside a home on County Road 160 in Bremen, Alabama.</p>
