On Tuesday, the jury deliberated for about three hours before sentencing McIntyre to 55 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.
He had faced a maximum of 99 years on each count.
McIntyre has appealed his conviction and sentence, the Star-Telegram reports.
The man who shot Walker was sentenced last year to life in prison.
Prosecutors have said McIntyre was charged with murder because he recruited the triggerman and organized the robbery. He was 16 when the killing occurred but was tried as an adult.
Megan Holt, 19, and Ariana Bharrat, 20, were allegedly part of a 2016 plot, alongside McIntyre and friends, to rob 21-year-old Ethan Walker. McIntyre reportedly organized the robbery and recruited the gunman.
The women allegedly planned on seducing Walker before letting the gunman into the house where the gang could steal drugs and money.
One of the pair unlocked the door and the gunmen proceeded to rob Walker, which led to a fatal confrontation and Walker’s death from a gunshot, prosecutors said.

It was viewed more than 160 million times. The day of its release, on June 30, 2017, McIntyre was captured by the U.S Marshal Service in Elizabeth, New Jersey.
The punishment phase of Tay-K’s trial focused largely on his behavior while in jail awaiting trial and on his alleged involvement in an Arlington robbery that left 65-year-old Skip Pepe severely injured.
The Arlington robbery occurred in May 2017, months after McIntyre cut off his ankle monitor and fled authorities while on house detainment in the Mansfield murder case.
He still faces a capital murder charge in Bexar County, where he is accused of in the fatal shooting of a 23-year-old photographer in April 2017.
