A set of one-year-old twins are found dead in backseat of their father’s car in new York on Friday. The babies were dead and ‘foaming at the mouth’, according to The New York Post.
Now their father, a social worker, is held accountable after her left the toddlers in the car while he went in to work on a day when temperatures rose as high as 86F


 

 

The paper reports that Rodriguez began screaming upon discovering his deceased children – prompting a bystander to call 911.  He was arrested and taken into custody. Charges were formally laid against him in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Temperatures in New York City reached 86 degrees Fahrenheit on Friday. 

On Friday evening, shocked bystanders gathered at the scene, as police cordoned off the area and launched an investigation.
One onlooker told Pix 11: ‘How can you leave the children behind and forget? As a father, you’re supposed to take care of your family, take care of your responsibilities.’

Temperatures in the area soared to 86F in the early afternoon – Police were first alerted after a bystander who noticed the father screaming and called 911 

On the day, Rodriguez also left home with a third child, a three-year-old boy, who was dropped off in Yonkers earlier in the morning. That child is unharmed.
The family’s social media presence paints a portrait of Juan Rodriguez as a family oriented  dad, who frequently doted on the twins.
One image shows the social worker peacefully sleeping with the babies lying on his chest shortly after their births.

  1. I read the family cheered for him when he was released on parole. What? Cheered for HIM??? How about the innocent babies, were they not family as well?
