<p class="mol-para-with-font">A woman known as the &#8216;Pink Lady Bandit&#8217; who is suspected of robbing banks along the East Coast has been arrested along with an accomplice, the FBI said on Monday.<br />
An FBI <a class="class" href="https://www.fbi.gov/contact-us/field-offices/charlotte/news/press-releases/two-people-arrested-in-connection-with-pink-lady-bandit-bank-robberies" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">news release</a> says Circe Baez and Alexis Morales were arrested Sunday at the Charlotte Speedway Inn &#038; Suites, a $50-a-night hotel on West Sugar Creek Road in North Carolina.<br />
Investigators believe Baez, aka &#8220;Pink Lady Bandit&#8221; with Morales as an accomplice.<br />
are responsible for at least four bank robberies across three states on the East Coast, including one in the Susquehanna Valley, according to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.<br />
Circe Baez, 36, and Alexis Morales, 38, both of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania were taken into custody Sunday at a hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina, the FBI said.</p>

Her next stop was across state lines to hit the M&#038;T Bank in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, on July 23.<br />
<span style="color: var(--color-text);">A day later, she crossed state lines again and robbed the Southern Bank in Ayden on July 24, a small town in North Carolina.<br />
</span>The FBI dubbed the bank robber the &#8220;Pink Lady Bandit&#8221; because she carried a pink handbag in at least two of the robberies. In each case, the FBI said, the woman showed the teller a note demanding money.<br />

The latest robbery was Friday also in North Carolina, when she held up BB&#038;T bank in Hamlet, on July 26, roughly a three-hour drive from Ayden &#8211; and an hour and a half away from Charlotte where the duo were arrested.<br />
During that heist, the FBI says the woman was wearing a white and black dress, a baseball cap, and sunglasses.</p>

The FBI Charlotte was offering a $10,000 reward for information on the main suspect, whom they described as a white or Hispanic woman, roughly between 5&#8217;2&#8243; and 5&#8217;4&#8243;, weighing around 130lbs.<br />

FBI officials said in two of the robberies she wore yoga pants, tank tops, a navy baseball hat, and held her distinctive pink handbag.<br />
Baez is charged in the Carlisle robbery, and she and Morales are charged in the North Carolina robberies. Both suspects will likely face additional charges, authorities said.<br />
Baez and Morales are being held under $4 million bonds at the Pitt County Detention Center, the FBI said.</p>
