&lbrack;CBI&rsqb;&comma; Adre Jordan Baroz was arrested at a motel in Gallup&comma; New Mexico&comma; at 3pm&period;  Thursday&period;<br>Despite the earlier police bulletin that warned the public that the fugitive&comma; a convicted felon&comma; was armed and dangerous&comma; Baroz&comma; 26&comma; was taken into custody without incident by officers from the Alamosa Police Department with assistance from members of the Colorado Springs Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco&comma; we are not associating them with the missing persons cases at this time&comma; and for anybody to do so would be irresponsible and complete speculation&period;&&num;8217&semi;<br>He said authorities got a search warrant for a property near Las Sauces&comma; found human remains there and then found more on a nearby property&period;<br>Identification of the remains could take weeks&comma; if not months&comma; and it isn&&num;8217&semi;t known whether the remains are male&comma; female&comma; what age they may be or how long they were at the properties&comma; Dingfelder said&period;<br>Authorities are still searching the second property &&num;8216&semi;to ensure all remains and all evidence is found&comma;&&num;8217&semi; Anderson said&period;&nbsp&semi;<br>He has a vast criminal history in Colorado that includes convictions for assault on a peace officer&comma; attempted escape and theft&comma; according to state court records&period;&nbsp&semi;<br>Baroz also has four open criminal cases against him that include several drug charges&comma; possession of a weapon by a felon and assault&period;&nbsp&semi;<br>One of the assault convictions in his record stems from an incident in which Baroz was said to have drugged and raped a woman after a New Year&&num;8217&semi;s Eve celebration in 2019&period;&nbsp&semi; the woman said&period; &&num;8216&semi;I don’t know&comma; ever since he threatened to come after me and stuff&comma; I was always watching my back&comma; I was nervous at work&comma; I had to have escorts and everything&period;&&num;8217&semi;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
