Anna Marie Choudhary of West Virginia pled guilty to murdering her sister’s boyfriend by injecting him with homemade meth, strangling him, burying him

She then dug him back up to dismember the body, in sick Valentine’s Day incest plot that was set up so the sister could marry their dad

They were all at Larry McClure’s home in Skygusty, West Virginia and had taken homemade meth that had not yet crystallized, when the killing happened

Amanda McClure, 31, and her 55-year-old dad were having an incestuous affair and wanted McGuire dead, out of the way

They ordered Choudhary to kill him after tying him up as part of a ‘trust game’

Choudhary strangled McGuire with a chord while her father knelt on the man’s back

After burying the victim in a shallow grave, Amanda and Larry McClure got married

They later dug up the body, dismembered and then buried him elsewhere

The incestuous pair of father and daughter who both admitted their roles last year, were convicted and are now serving time in prison

Anna Marie Choudhary, has pled guilty to second degree murder and is awaiting sentencing for the murder of her sister’s boyfriend in February 2019

A North Carolina woman has pled guilty to murdering her sister’s boyfriend in a sick Valentine’s Day ‘game’ that was set up by the sister and their father so the pair could get married. 
In February 2019, Anna Marie Choudhary, 33, and her sister Amanda McClure, 31, were with Amanda’s then-boyfriend John McGuire, 38, and their father, 55-year-old Larry McClure, at Larry’s home in Skygusty, West Virginia.

Amanda and Larry, who were both addicted to methamphetamine, set up what Choudhary described as a ‘game’ where they tied McGuire up.
They then smashed a wine bottle over his head and threatened to kill him, claiming he was working for the government as an informant. 
Then they coerced Choudhary to kill McGuire, allegedly, with the threat of harming her children. She first injected the victim with a ‘bad batch’ of meth, before she strangled him and wrapped the body in a trash bag. 

They buried him but two weeks later, concerned that he was somehow still alive, Amanda ordered her sister to dig him back up. 
They then dismembered him and buried his body parts in two different places. Two weeks later, Amanda McClure married her father and Larry McClure. 
The entire plot was uncovered after Larry McClure was arrested. It’s unclear what led to his arrest but he confessed immediately. He was convicted and jailed for life without the possibility of parole.
Amanda also pled guilty to her role in the murder, was convicted andd jailed.
Choudhary is the last to be sentenced. She now faces 40 years behind bars. 

On Wednesday, at her sentencing hearing, she gave a harrowing, blow-by-blow description of the night when the killing took place. 
Amanda and John were living in Minnesota at the time but they were driving to Indiana when their car broke down. 
Larry Mclure and and his other daughter Anna Marie Choudhary went to collect them and took them back to Skygusty. 
On Valentine’s Day, McGuire had bought steaks, potatoes and a bottle of wine for him and Amanda to have a romantic meal. 
Instead, the then couple were joined by Choudhary and her father at McClure’s home.

They’d been having fun until Amanda suggested a game where she said she would prove she could untie herself from ‘anything’. 
But Amanda tied up her boyfriend. That is when, Anna Marie told the judge, ‘things started to get strange’. 
They’d taken homemade meth which Choudhary says did not crystallize properly and once McGuire was tied up, she said their father’s demeanor changed. 
‘He sat down and I don’t know, it was a grin that I’ll never be able to describe. 
‘But as John sat up and bent over to untie his feet, and it all happened so quick, but Amanda stood up and grabbed that bottle and bashed him over the back of the head with it.

‘And the next thing I know John had reared up and was leaning back against the wall holding his head. 
‘And that’s when Larry looked at me and told me if I knew what was best for my children and wanted them to live, I would follow all instructions that were given to me from that moment on,’ she told the judge on Wednesday.
Until the 6am the next day, Choudhary says the pair spent the night torturing McGuire, beating him and standing on him. 
They were high on the home-cooked meth and were convinced he was a federal informant and kept demanding to know ‘who he was’. 
The victim pled with his tormentors, telling them that he was who he said he was. Choudhary says he even recited his social security number to them repeatedly. 
At 6am on February 15, Amanda asked her sister to inject McGuire with a syringe of what Choudhary claims she believed was ‘truth serum’ but was in fact the meth. 
She did but rather than kill him, the drugs ‘made him stronger’.
‘They stood over me and told me I needed to finish it and needed to strangle him, so that’s what I did,’ Choudhary said. 

Larry then stood on his back while Choudhary strangled him with a rope. 
Once he was dead, she says the pair told her to wrap his body in a trash bag so they could throw him down a mine shaft.
‘It’s not something I’ll ever forget because at that point in time, the body had become fully rigor mortis and in order to…I’m sorry. That’s not a sound I ever want to hear again,’ she said.
They then buried the body and father and daughter and Amanda started their relationship. They got married two weeks after the murder with their accomplice Anna Marie Choudhary acting as their witness.
‘[They] went on like nothing happened and started having a relationship as soon as he was buried,’ Choudhary told the judge. 
Amanda then became paranoid that John McGuire was not actually dead. 
She ordered Choudhary to help her dig up his body and said that there ‘were still hairs growing on his head’. 
To prove McGuire was dead, Larry McClure drove ‘bed nails’ through his body with a sledgehammer. 
They then dug him up again and dismembered him to bury him in two places. By then, Larry and Amanda had decided to move to Kentucky but they wanted to get rid of the body so no one would find it if they moved into Larry’s Skygusty home after they’d left.
It was after that Larry and Amanda McClure were arrested. 
Larry penned a confession note where he described everyone’s role in the murder. He waived his trial and pleaded guilty immediately. 
On Wednesday, Anna Marie Choudhary pled guilty to second-degree murder but she said she felt she ‘didn’t have a choice’. 
‘Look at my other options. I didn’t feel that I had a choice,’ she said.
Her sentencing is cheduled for February and she faces up to 40 years behind bars.
Amanda McClure is serving a 40-year sentence for second degree murder. Larry McClure is serving life without parole.
