<p class="wp-block-paragraph">A 28-year-old Maryland man allegedly killed his ex-girlfriend, two of her family members and another man inside the family&#8217;s home before fatally shooting himself, authorities said Saturday.<br>The suspect Andre Sales, is accused of entering the family&#8217; home in La Plata, in Charles County and killing 21-year-old Sara Mann, her brother Kai Mann, 18 and their mother Sommaly Mann, 48. <br>A male family friend, Jovon Watson, 23, of White Plains was also found dead in the home.<br>Sales, who lived at a different residence, then shot himself. The gun was later recovered, according to the sheriff&#8217;s office. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The five deceased individuals were found inside the La Plata residence Friday afternoon by Darin Mann, Sommaly&#8217;s ex-husband, after he came back from work.<br>The shooter Jonathan Sales shares two young children with Sara Mann &#8211; infant Wesley and 2-year-old Gaylin. Both were initially unaccounted for but located a short time later unharmed at a different location, the sheriff&#8217;s office said. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">The Charles County Sheriff&#8217;s Office originally said the victims were all shot but later said some had been stabbed. <br>Sales had a record that included a domestic violence charge in April 2021, but the charges were dismissed when the petitioner failed to appear, according to <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://wtop.com/charles-county/2022/11/5-people-found-dead-in-charles-co-home/" target="_blank">WTOP</a>. Court records show an unidentified person had gotten a restraining order against Sales in April 2021. <br>The family patriarch Darin Mann, who worked in home improvement arrived home on Friday to discover five people dead in a violent rampage, including his ex-wife and adult son and daughter. The shooter&#8217;s body was also inside his home.</p>

Any remaining funds, if any, will go toward the education and related costs for the two beautiful young children.&#8217; It has raised $6,697 of the $200,000 goal.<br>Neighbors had left several bouquets of flowers on the front step of the home, where the family had lived for almost five years, according to the <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://www.washingtonpost.com/dc-md-va/2022/11/05/shooting-charles-county-la-plata/" target="_blank">Washington Post</a>. <br>Several residents of the quiet suburban Maryland neighborhood that features several two-story brick-and-siding homes told <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://wjla.com/news/local/la-plata-deadly-shooting-murder-sucicide-charles-county-maryland-sheriffs-office-andre-sales-sara-kai-sommaly-mann-javono-watson-gun-domestic-violence-police-chief-carl-schinner" target="_blank">7News</a> that police have been called to the home several times. Neighbors also report witnessing physical arguments between the homeowner&#8217;s daughter Sara and her estranged boyfriend, Sales. <br>There have also allegedly been fights between Sara&#8217;s father, Darin Mann and the boyfriend<br>Investigators and forensic personnel were still processing evidence Saturday and interviewing family and friends to establish a motive, the news release said. <br>The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner in Baltimore will perform autopsies to confirm the cause of death for each person. . The sheriff’s office initially said all five victims had been shot but later clarified that some had suffered stab wounds.<br></p>
