The target is he estranged millionaire husband, Mark Remley. <br>The glamorous California equestrian who is in the middle of a messy divorce is accused of trying to put a contract on Mark after a court ordered her to slash her spending from $50,000 a month to $12,000. <br>Tatyana, who filed for divorce in May, is accused of offering a mutual friend $2 million to kill Mark, her husband of 12 years. <p class="wp-block-paragraph">In July, Tatyana&#8217;s attorney, Tiffany Brown, outlined her client&#8217;s financial struggles in a divorce filing. <br>&#8216;Wife is experiencing extreme financial strain. She is unable to maintain her realistic monthly expenses of just $12,000, much less [than] what she was accustomed to at $50,000,&#8217; the filing states. <br>&#8216;She has no income and does not have the same access to funds and assets that Respondent does.&#8217;<br>Desperate, Tatyana allegedly turned to a mutual friend to help remedy her situation. <br>Mark eventually took his concerns regarding his estranged wife&#8217;s solicitation to police who subsequently arrested her after a sting operation, according to <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://thecoastnews.com/del-mar-horse-show-producer-arrested-for-soliciting-husbands-murder/" target="_blank">The Coast News.</a> <br>Along with solicitation of murder, Tatyana is facing two weapons charges — carrying and concealing three firearms not registered in her name in a vehicle, a felony; and carrying a loaded firearm in a public place not registered in her name, a misdemeanor.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In addition to a charge of solicitation of murder, she is facing two weapons charges: Carrying and concealing firearms not registered in her name in a vehicle and carrying a loaded firearm in a public place not registered in her name. <br>The first is a felony and the second is a misdemeanor. <br>Tatyana pleaded not guilty to all charges on August 4. Her bail was denied by a judge. <br>If found guilty on the solicitation charge, she could face up to nine years in prison. <br>The firearms felony charge could add an additional year to that sentence. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">She was previously arrested in early June for a felony vehicle theft charge, according to records. According to the arrest report, she is being held at the Las Colinas Detention and Reentry Facility in Santee, awaiting a court date. <br>The exact details of how Tatyana, who has Mark&#8217;s name tattooed on her stomach, asked for him to be killed have not been shared by police at this time. </p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">They initially tied the knot in 2011 and have separated and reconciled numerous times over the course of a decade. The couple sources said, had an intense but tumultuous relationship. They allegedly enjoyed an A-list lifestyle filled with luxury homes and vacations, sprinkled with episodes of volatile arguments and divorce filings. <br>Tatyana attested in court documents that she had unlimited access to credit cards, up to $50,00 per month, and stunning properties in California and Hawaii. After their most recent split, Tatyana asked the court to have him pay her an additional $15,000 a month in spousal support. <br>She also asked to be granted exclusive access to their home in Del Mar, two trucks, a horse trailer, and other various items and pets. Her attorney argued that she couldn&#8217;t cope with her new, more frugal lifestyle as the couple would often spend $30,000 in one night. <br>To support her claim for enhanced support, Tatyana in her filing assessed Mark&#8217;s collection of of luxury vehicles at more than $1 million, including two Rolls Royce cars, adding that her husband also has more than $8 million in assets he could sell to support her.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">In her filings, she also made alarming claims of abuse, including one story about being held at gunpoint and another of being chased around their home with a knife. She has also accused Mark of being present while she was assaulted at gunpoint by a friend of his. <br>Mark has said the claims of abuse in the petition filed by his ex are fabrications and falsehood. In his counter he accuses Tatyana of arson. <br>In July, the Del Mar Fire Department responded to a fire at their home in multi-million dollar Rancho Reposo home, allegedly started by Tatyana. Fire officials confirmed that the home&#8217;s interior was reduced to ash from the blaze and that the cause of the fire is still under investigation. <br>In one divorce document, Tatyana said she was present at the time the fire broke out but that she did not know how the blaze began. </p>
