A UK based TikTok influencer blew a kiss to her dad as she was jailed for murdering her mom’s toyboy lover in a fireball crash amid a sex tape row.
Mahek Bukhari was sentenced to a minimum of 31 years, 8 months while her mother Ansreen Bukhari was jailed for a minimum of 26 years and nine months.
Mahek Bukhari, 23, and her mother Ansreen Bukhari, 45, hatched the horror plot to “silence” Saqib Hussain, 21, by luring him with cash last year, in retaliation to the threat to the older woman’s young lover to send their sex tape to her husband when she decided to end the affair.
Other co-conspirators in the plot have been convicted and jailed as well, the longest being Raees Jamal, 23, who is sentenced to life with a minimum term of 36 years and 45 days with on remand – 30 days – to be deducted.

TikTok influencer Mahek Bukhari has today been locked up for murdering her mother’s boyfriend and his ‘innocent’ pal. She was was sentenced to a minimum of 31 years, 8 months while her mother Ansreen Bukhari was jailed for a minimum of 26 years and nine months.

These convictions and lengthy sentencing come after jurors were told the crash was “no ordinary” smash, but instead a “story of love, obsession, extortion and, ultimately, cold-blooded murder”.
Judge Tim Spencer at sentencing scolded Mahek Bukhari for being “immature below her years” after the young woman played Monopoly while waiting for the jury to return a verdict.

Saqib had been in a relationship with married Ansreen for about three years and “appeared to be in love” with her.
He was said to have poured £3,000 into her on date nights, until things were said to have turned sour.
By January 2022, Ansreen was trying to end the relationship but “increasingly obsessive” Saqib would not accept it was over.

As a result, he “took to attempting to blackmail Ansreen” by threatening to send their sex tapes to her husband, the court heard.
And the jury was told how the mother made the “calamitous” decision to put the matters into the hands of her daughter.
On January 4, Mahek sent her mother a message that read: “I’ll get him jumped by guys and he won’t know what day it is.”
The TikTok influencer also messaged him saying: “I am sorry that this year you’ll be gone, Saqib.”
It was then that she and her mom plotted to “silence” Saqib by luring him in and offering to pay him back the money for date nights.
On February 10, he was driven by “completely innocent” friend Hashim to collect the cash from Leicester.
But in the minutes leading up to the crash Saqib made a harrowing 999 call.
He said: “I’m being followed by two vehicles and they’re trying to block me in. I can’t get to a police station – I need help right now.
“There’s guys following me. They’ve got balaclavas on.
“They’re trying to ram me off the road. They’re trying to kill me – I’m going to die.”
After giving his name to the operator, Saqib then begs: “They’re hitting into the back of the car very fast.
“Please, I’m begging you, I’m going to die.”
He can then be heard screaming before the clip cuts off.

On January 4, 2022 Mahek sent her mom a message which read: “I’ll get him [Saqib Hussain], jumped by guys and he won’t know what day it is.” Six days later Hussain and his friend were killed in a contrived auto crash

Moments later, the Skoda Fabia the friends were travelling in smashed into a tree on a central reservation and “split in two”.
Ansreen Bukhari and Mahek Bukhari had denied two counts of murder and two alternate counts of manslaughter. Footage was recently released by police showing how Bukhari brazenly spun a web of lies to officers after the horror.
Last month Rekhan Karwan and Raees was jailed for 26 years and 10 months, with 362 days on remand to be deducted. FNatasha Akhtar, 23, was sentenced to 11 years eight months imprisonment Ameer Jamal, 28, to 14 years eight months imprisonment and Sanaf Gulamustafa, 23, sentenced to 14 years nine months imprisonment over manslaughter.
One of the defendants, Mohammed Patel, was found not guilty of either murder or manslaughter, the charges the group faced.
