<p>A judge sitting in a Miami court on Thursday agreed with prosecutors that wealthy twins Oren Alexander and Alon Alexander are flight risks and dangers to the community and denied bond for both.<br>The twins, one a famous luxury broker and the other an executive at the family’s cybersecurity firm, appeared in court a day after their arrest on sexual assault charges<br>They had been held overnight at Miami’s TGK Correction &; Rehabilitation Center.<br>Twin brothers Oren and Alon Alexander, 37, along with an older sibling, 38 year-old Tal Alexander, who are charged with raping dozens of women were arrested in Miami Wednesday, as the trio get set to face federal charges in New York City. </p>

<p>The pair of Oren and Tal Alexander, both superstar realtors with the famed Douglas Elliman real estate firm &#8211; famous for selling America&#8217;s most expensive property. Along with Oren&#8217;s twin brother, Alon Alexander, they are accused of drugging and raping dozens of women between 2010 and 2021. <br>Documents in the indictment of the trio states that they would arrange glamorous international parties as &#8216;bait&#8217;, then allegedly choose from a rape &#8216;wish list&#8217; of women they wanted to attend.<br>The twins are also facing state felony charges of sexual battery related to alleged assaults on three women.</p>

<p>The three brothers were each arrested at separate properties in Miami on Wednesday morning.<br>In court Thursday Oren seeking bail told the judge, &#8216;My wife is nine months pregnant, due any day now,&#8217; referring to model Kamila Hansen, who he married last year in a lavish ceremony in the Florida Keys.<br>&#8216;Her family’s in Brazil. She’s counting on me to be with her during labor.&#8217; <br>However, the judge unmoved. granted Oren bond on two state charges but not on the third and most serious one, while denying Alon bond on his state charge. </p>

<p>The twins appeared one by one, each wearing a “safety smock” made of heavy-duty nylon that can be used to prevent physical harm to at-risk individuals in custody.<br>In the indictment and in letters to New York and Florida judges, prosecutors characterized the Alexanders as a “significant danger” because of the nature of the alleged attacks and flight risks because of their wealth, resources and international connections. <br>The documents mentioned that Oren had been in contact with another U.S. citizen who fled to Israel after sexual misconduct allegations. <br>The siblings made their name in the luxury real estate world in New York City and Miami, and often shared their lavish lifestyles on social media. <br>But prosecutors claim in their indictment that the brothers used their wealth and status to target and coerce women, and even allegedly conspired to set up events and trips to entice women into their web.<br>On Wednesday, FBI agents executed a search of Oren Alexander&#8217;s home in Miami.<br>The brothers have previously denied the allegations against them and are currently being held in custody in Miami. </p>

<p>Although the three brothers have been charged with sex related crimes, according to the arrest warrants, Oren and Alon Alexander were indicted over three sexual assaults, in 2016, 2017 and 2021. <br>Oren is cited in all three allegations, while only the 2016 incident involved Alon. None of the arrest warrants reference Tal and the specific claims which led to his indictment have yet to emerge. <br>In 2016, the warrants alleged that Alon Alexander invited a New York woman down to Miami Beach for a barbecue, only for her to find that she was the only person invited when she got there. <br>She claimed Alon gave her a tour and led her to the bedroom, where she was confronted by Alon, Oren, and their cousin, Ohad Fisherman. <br>She told the Miami Beach Police Department that Fisherman held her down while the brothers sexually assaulted her. The New York Times reported that Fisherman now faces a sexual battery charge, but remains at large at the time of writing. </p>

<p><a href="https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-13669111/tal-oren-alexander-realtor-tv-star-sexual-assault.html"></a>In 2017, it is alleged that Oren Alexander messaged another woman on Instagram and invited to the beach, where she later met Alon and other family members. <br>Weeks later she said she had dinner with Oren and a friend before a real estate event, and said she was taken back to the same Miami Beach condo where the 2016 claim unfolded. <br>She said she tried on virtual reality goggles inside the condo, at which point Oren allegedly removed her dress and pushed her into a bedroom before assaulting her. <br>The victim said she met Oren weeks later at a hot tub event, and demanded an apology, which he responded to by trying to kiss her and masturbate over her, it is claimed. <br>When she told friends and Oren heard about it, he allegedly sent her a text message in 2018 saying: &#8216;Nothing happened. If you keep talking about it, I’m going to ruin you.&#8217; <br>In the 2021 incident, a woman claimed she met Oren at dinner with a friend before they went to a Miami Beach property. At the home, she said Oren poured her a drink and instantly tried to kiss her on the couch. <br>He led her to the bedroom, she claimed, ripped off her dress and shoes, and refused to let her leave. She said she later returned to the bedroom and he assaulted her, according to the warrant. </p>

<p>Brothers Tal, Oren and Alon come from a well-known real estate family in Miami. Their father is top Florida developer Shlomi Alexander. Oren and Tal notably hold the record for the most expensive home sale in US history, the $238 million sale of the Central Park South tower&#8217;s penthouse. <br>The pair were formerly employed by real estate giant Douglas Elliman, before branching out in 2022 to found their own firm.<br>At a press conference on Wednesday, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York Damian Williams said his &#8216;hope&#8217; was that the action he has taken against the Alexander brothers will spur more alleged victims to come forward. <br>&#8216;Courage is infectious,&#8217; he told reporters. </p>

<p>&#8216;The defendants used their wealth and positions to create and facilitate opportunities to sexually assault women,&#8217; Williams continued at the press conference. <br>&#8216;In particular, Oren and Tal Alexander used their prominent positions in the real estate industry to induce women to come to events and parties. At those parties, and sometimes afterwards, the women were sexually assaulted by one or more of the defendants.&#8217; <br>Since June, the brothers have also been hit with civil lawsuits from at least two women and accused of sexual assault by dozens more in recent years. One <a href="https://www.wsj.com/us-news/oren-tal-alexander-brothers-arrest-0179712c?mod=latest_headlines">lawsuit </a>filed in March accused Oren and Alon of rape, and a second lawsuit included similar allegations against Tal.<br>The men have denied the allegations in the lawsuits, which shocked the real estate world where Tal and Oren were once seen as rising stars. </p>

<p>The brothers have denied allegations against them, some of which date back over a decade, with some putting the number if victims as high as 40, an additional 40 women most of whom have not sued, including a dozen from the Miami area. Five of the women allege they had been sexually assaulted by Oren in high school and as recently as 2020.<br>Notably in July, Tracy Tutor, 48, one of the stars of the real estate TV show, Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles, joined nine other women in making claims of sexual assault against the brothers. Seven of the women, including Tutor, believe they were drugged before being raped by either Tal or the twins. <br>One complainant, Kate Whiteman, who alleges that Oren and Alon gang-raped her in the Hamptons in 2012, said she met the brothers in a Manhattan nightclub before they forced her into an SUV at the end of the night before driving her to the Hamptons. <br>Tal and Oren were previously employed by luxury real estate firm Douglas Elliman, but branched out on their own in 2022 and started their own brokerage firm, &#8216;Official&#8217;. However, the brothers have reportedly had to step down from their company after key clients dropped them and a wave of staff left. <br>Tracy Tutor came forward in July alleging she shared a drink with Oren at a cocktail party in 2014 and blacked out before a friend found her in the restaurant&#8217;s bathroom with Oren and pulled her away. She has no idea what happened to her: &#8216;Staying silent for so long has been damaging on many levels, and remembering now what happened feels debilitating,&#8217; Tutor said.<br></p>

<p>A lawsuit filed in New York Supreme Court in June, by Angelica Parker, accused all three brothers of raping her in an assault that took place around the fall of 2012. The filing was made days before a wave of allegations from as many as 30 women led Florida attorney Jim Ferraro to withdraw his representation from Oren and Alon.<br>Parker&#8217;s suit stated, &#8216;While news of the Alexander brothers&#8217; penchant for raping women has thus far focused on Oren and Alon, Tal Alexander has also participated in raping and sexually assaulting women, including Ms. Parker.&#8217; <br>The complainant alleged that she was, &#8216;raped by Alon and Tal Alexander, together, in a coordinated attack that was planned and facilitated by Oren Alexander along with his brothers.&#8217; <br>Another co-plaintiffs actress and comedian Renee Willett, 31, said she came forward after learning about other allegations of assault against the brothers.<br>Meanwhile Parker&#8217;s legal representatives, Wigdor LLP, stated that the brothers were reputed for targeting women. &#8216;The reality is that is it the Alexander brothers&#8217; modus operandi to engage in coordinated group sexual assaults, and this is well known to many who spent time around the brothers,&#8217; the statement read. <br>Parker, formerly known as Angelica Cecora, previously made headlines in 2012 when she accused famous boxer Oscar De La Hoya of battery and false imprisonment in a lawsuit she would ultimately lose. </p>

<p>In another allegation brought forward by Rebecca Mandel, it was claimed that she met Oren in 2009 at SL nightclub when she was 18-years-old. <br>She said she continued to run into the twins at parties and, in September 2020, bumped into them again at SL where Alon, &#8216;intentionally drugged Plaintiff&#8217;s drink with an unknown substance, resulting in significant impairment to her physical and mental being.&#8217;<br>She claims that the twins then took her back to their apartment where the assault occurred. <br></p>
