A federal judge sitting in the Manhattan Federal Court on Tuesday scolded the three Alexander brothers convicted for luring and raping dozens of women, for using their status as high-flying real-estate scions to drug and rape scores of women, then sentenced each to 30 years in prison.
“My view of the defendants was that they were a lot like Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde,” US District Judge Valerie Caproni told Tal Alexander, 40, and his 39-year-old twin brothers Oren and Alon in a federal courtroom filled with the victims of the trio’s sexual assaults, women they lured into their luxe orbit over more than a decade.
Despite the variance in occupation – Oren and Tal are high flying Realtors while Alon worked for a security firm, the brothers were of the same mind when it comes to drugging and sexually assaulting women.
A pattern of sexual assaults which prosecutors said dates back earlier, to 2001 and 2002, when the men were still in high school in Florida.

“I don’t refer to people as monsters because even rapists can change, but your conduct was monstrous, “ judge Caproni said, citing how victim after victim described the brothers as “sadistic, masochistic, sexual predators.”
“Your crimes wreaked havoc on their lives,” the judge said as several of the victims who were in court, glared at their assailants from the gallery.
In a scathing observation, Judge Caproni remarked that the defendant’s closest relative including parents and wives, old or close friends bothered to sends letters to the court of support for them, seeking mitigation and leniency.
Rather, most of the submitted letters of support, with the aim of swaying the judge toward leniency at sentencing, came from from people with close ties to the defendant’s parents.
While the brothers – scions of a powerhouse securities dynasty, out of New York and Miami – faced a minimum of 15 years in prison and up to life behind bars, their wives as well as their parents were noticeably absent in Manhattan court Tuesday as scores of the men’s victims tearfully confronted the rapists.
The only Alexander family member present in court during the victims’ emotional impact statements ahead of sentencing was Niv Alexander, the oldest of the four sons of Shlomy and Orly Alexander.

Described as “sadistic, masochistic, sexual predators,” by women they assaulted, brothers Oren, Tal and Alon Alexander (left to right) were found guilty of sex trafficking and rape in federal court. They will now spend a combined 90 years in prison for the reprehensible behavior

The three men who were all convicted of heinous sex attacks on drugged, hapless women, were handed the heavy sentences after 11 of their victims confronted them in court during an all-day hearing.
“Why did you do this? I just don’t get it. I don’t understand the cruelty. I don’t understand the hatred towards women,” asked one victim. Brooklyn artist Lindsay Acree choked back tears addressing the erstwhile privileged NYC and Miami based realtors, fixtures in top social circles looking dapper, now sitting in court in regulation prison uniform.
Acree testified during the trio’s bombshell trial earlier this year the trauma of being drugged and raped by real-estate bigwig Tal in 2021.
In a another victim testimony, “There is no way to calculate what this trauma has cost me,” added victim “Bela Koval.”
The Ukrainian model testified that she was “paralyzed” by a drugged drink as Oren raped her inside a $13 million mansion in Sag Harbor, Long Island where the brothers hosted parties.

As testimonies unfolded, jurors heard evidence of the siblings sexually assaulting women. with the fiends sometimes working in tandem, at gaudy Hamptons mansions, inside New York City apartments, on a ski trip in Aspen, Colorado, and during a Caribbean cruise between 2008 and 2021.
Observing that the brothers’ pattern of sexual assaults dates back earlier, to 2001 and 2002, when they were still in high school, in a post sentencing statement, Manhattan US Attorney Jamie McDonald, said “The defendants preyed on women and young girls, using drugs and violence to incapacitate them so they could rape them.
“The defendants did this for years, inflicting unspeakable harm on so many young women. For years, the defendants used their careers and social status to conceal the danger they posed.”
For McDonald the “sentence makes clear that this craven, sinister conduct is extraordinarily serious and will be met with serious punishment.”
Hotshot realtors Tal and Oren Alexander, whose client list includes celebs such as Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, as well as hedge-funder Ken Griffin whose Midtown penthouse sold for a record-smashing $240 million, along with their security-firm employee brother Alon, all maintained their innocence Tuesday, even after previously being found guilty of various sex trafficking charges.
“My brothers and I have never drugged or raped anyone. We have never trafficked anyone for sex, and we never conspired to hurt anyone,” Oren insisted in court.

The married fallen ‘realtor-to-the-stars’ blamed his foul-mouthed persona on growing up listening to shock-jock Howard Stern and living in a “hook-up culture.”
“I was partying too much and sleeping with too many women in those years,” Oren said.
The three brothers all stood at the defense table in tan jail jumpsuits, Oren wearing a gray yarmulke, and did not appear to show much emotion as the judge announced their sentences.
In a surreal moment of denial, Tal Alexander choked up recounting the moment he was indicted back in 2024 after nightmarish allegations about the brothers first emerged in civil lawsuits.
“It almost feels like an atomic bomb has been dropped on my life and destroyed everything in its wake,” the disgraced property bigwig said, adding that he was was struggling “to find words to express genuine regret without confessing to something that I did not do.”
Similarly protesting his innocence Alon broke down speaking about his children: “I am not a perfect man, but I am innocent of these charges. I have never raped or sex trafficked anyone,” he said.
The twins claimed to have passed lie-detector tests showing they never raped or drugged anyone.
Although polygraphs are not considered legitimate evidence in federal courts, Judge Caproni sarcastically remarked “Liars can pass a lie detector test. … Mazel tov that you passed it.”
The brothers’ wealthy parents, Shlomy and Orly, who founded the Miami-based Kent Security company, and Oren and Alon’s wives, Brazilian model Kamila Hansen and Israeli model Shani Zigron respectively, all did not attend the sentencing even after attending most if not all of the trial. The brothers had urged their relatives to skip court to spare them the anguish of watching the stiff sentence being handed down, their lawyers claimed.
All three brothers who had asked the court for the minimum sentence of 15 years in prison, plan to file appeals.
