Footage recorded by a neighbors doorbell camera in Harris County, Texas, shows a man dragging a woman back to his house to sexually abuse and torture her, prosecutors say.
Jose Armando Carcamo-Perdomo, has been accused of tying up the woman and holding her hostage for five days at a home without food or water.
Footage shows the kidnapper trying to snatch the screaming woman and drag her into his truck sparking wild fight.

The suspect a 22-year-old Honduran, who according to ICE, entered the US illegally five years ago, has been charged with aggravated kidnapping and assault in Harris County, Texas.
Footage captured by a neighbor’s doorbell shows a man marching down a street in north-east Harris County with a struggling woman in his arms.
The captive writhes around and screams in a desperate attempt to break free from her kidnapper – who has been identified as undocumented Honduran immigrant Jose Armando Carcamo-Perdomo.
Police later discovered the woman locked inside a closet in a mobile home next door, and the man seen in the video tormenting her was arrested.
The woman who has not been identified said she willingly traveled from New York to Houston. However she told deputies, soon after she arrived, her host,Carcamo-Perdomo, seized her passport and would not let her leave.

“She was not allowed to leave that room for five or more days without food or water,” a judge said. Prosecutors said that when she finally made a run for it, the neighbor who captured the surveillance video took action.
Carcamo-Perdomo was arraigned before a Harris County judge who said: “She tried to leave, but this defendant carried her back inside the residence without her consent.
“He tied her up and then sexually assaulted her.”
“She was not allowed to leave that room for five or more days without food or water.”
The footage allegedly shows the kidnapper hauling his victim back to the house where she was being held hostage. The neighbor whose camera captured the ordeal took action after seeing the horrific footage.
The neighbor said: “As soon as I drove out of the fence at work, I called 911 to report a possible child abduction.” – He incorrectly believed the victim of the abuse was a child.

The man who admits filing the report but chose to remain anonymous, said: “It’s very disheartening.”
“But especially being right next-door you know, I’m angry with myself that I didn’t pick up on it sooner or maybe done more.
“Even though I had that feeling that something wasn’t right, but it could have made a bigger difference with other people maybe, other victims.”
Harris County Sheriff’s Office believes there could be more victims.
They’re asking anyone who has encountered the suspect to contact them.

ICE have confirmed they now have a detained on Carcamo-Perdoma, who they say entered the country illegally in 2020 from Honduras.
The force wrote on X: “This heinous criminal illegal alien was freely roaming our interior and terrorizing American communities.”
