<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bradford James Gille, the knifeman who stabbed 11 people inside a Michigan Walmart on Saturday afternoon will face charges of terrorism and 11 counts of assault with intent to murder, the Grand Traverse county prosecutor has revealed.<br>Grand Traverse County prosecutor Noelle Moeggenberg told reporters that the terrorism charge will be brought due to the fact that investigators believe 42-year-old Gille intended to &#8216;affect the entire community, to instill fear in the entire community, and to change how maybe we operate on a daily basis.&#8217;<br>The stabbing rampage happened at the Walmart in Traverse City on Saturday, July 26.<br>According to the police report, Gille entered the store during a calm shopping afternoon and randomly stabbed the victims with a folding pocket knife. <br>Minutes after the attack, the knife man was in custody with the help of bystanders who confronted him outside the store.</p>

<p class="wp-block-paragraph">Bradford James Gille<strong> </strong>is Michigan resident, who has been described by locals as a is a self proclaimed born-again Christian who has authored books, portraying himself as God.<br>Prosecutor Moeggenberg called the attack &#8216;a very random act of violence&#8217; by the suspect, who remains in custody at the Grand Traverse County Jail with his court arraignment scheduled for early next week.<br>One local says Gille <br>Some weekend shoppers forced Gille to drop his weapon after went on a stabbing spree near the checkout counter of the supermarket. Within minutes the knife-wielding man was surrounded by shoppers in the parking lot, including one who was holding a gun, ordering him to drop his weapon.<br>&#8216;Get on the ground!&#8217; one of the men is heard shouting. Other members of the group surrounding the assailant echoed &#8216;Drop the knife! Drop it!&#8217;.</p>

Throw it away!&#8217;<br>According to the police report, Gille replied &#8216;I don&#8217;t care, I don&#8217;t care,&#8217; as he kept backing away from the crowd, before someone tackled and subdued him. <br>Calls began coming in to authorities at 4:43pm on Saturday and a sheriff&#8217;s deputy arrived at 4:46pm. <br>&#8216;I cannot commend everyone that was involved enough. When you stop and look from the time of call to the time of actual custody, the individual was detained within one minute,&#8217; Sheriff Mike Shea said at Sunday&#8217;s press conference. <br>&#8216;That is remarkable. Gretchen Whitmer said: &#8216;Our thoughts are with the victims and the community reeling from this brutal act of violence.&#8217; while FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino in a social media post revealed that that bureau would &#8216;provide any necessary support&#8217; to authorities in Michigan.</p>
