Double-homicide in Las Vegas! Boy, 7, calls 911 after finding mom and her friend mortally injured dead inside their home, days after reporting domestic violence against ex

A minor boy dialed police after he found his mom dead inside their Nevada home just days after a man was allegedly peering through her window.
Seven-year-old Amill McClelland made the distress call to Las Vegas police on the morning of January 28 after he discovered his mother, Briana Flowers, and a male friend unresponsive inside her home. 
Officers with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department responded to the call around 7.20am and found Flowers and Anfernee Pollard, both 31, suffering from life-threatening gunshot wounds.
Police rendered emergency aid to the injured pair until medical personnel arrived at the home. Ultimately, both died at the scene.

Police have not named suspect in the killings, but family members and friends said leading to her murder, Flowers had experienced domestic violence and stalking incidents involving her ex-boyfriend.
While the ex-boyfriend has not been identified, one friend revealed that on January 21, a week before her death, Flowers called police on her former boyfriend after she was left with bruises that required medical attention.
Shatiera Davis, who is also godmother to Flowers’ son Amill, said ‘She basically told me her ex-boyfriend had tried to kill her.’ 
Davis said her friend also mentioned that a man had been peeking through her window while she was sleeping.

‘She saw someone looking in her blinds in her house while she was asleep,’ Davis detailed.
‘She told me, she said, I just had a feeling to wake up and I looked out my window and someone was staring at me.’ 
After noticing the man, Flowers went outside and spotted someone, who she believed was her ex, getting into an Uber.
Flowers was also ignoring calls from an unknown number before her death, Davis said.  
The LVMPD has not confirmed if the deaths, now being investigated as a double homicide, are related to the reported stalking incident. 
Before she was killed, friends had been staying with Flowers at her home to help her feel safe, including Pollard. He was visiting Flowers from his home in Belize at the time of their deaths, according to a GoFundMe page. 
Meanwhile, on top of the alleged abuse from her ex-boyfriend, Flowers was going through trying times in her personal life before she died, family members said.

Her mother had recently passed away, which meant that she had to take custody of her younger sisters. ding her to get custody of her sisters, they revealed. 
Now her sisters and young son have to go on without her. 
A public assistance page has been created to help raise financial assistance for Amill McClelland, who has described as ‘his mom’s whole world.’ 
The donations are set to go toward the child’s future, including education and extracurricular activities.
His godmother Sheila Davis said she is going to make sure Amill will receive good care, especially now that he is without his mother. 
‘She just wanted to see Amill’s smile…she just wants to spend time and make his birthdays as special as possible for him,’ she said. 

Before her death, Flowers was not just the guardian for her son, she was also had custody of her young sisters, following the recent death of her mother

Davis added: ‘I just want Briana to know that her family loves her. We’re going to step up and make sure Amill has that foundation that he needs in this time. We’re going to make sure he’s okay.’ 
Pollard’s family in a GoFundMe page also asked the public for financial assistance to get his body shipped home to Belize for his final burial. 
In order to do so, they have to pay $14,000 ($28,000 BZD), which is ‘far beyond what our family can manage on our own,’ the page read. 
More than $2,100 has been raised as of Sunday morning.
