he married Sarahjane Ternier&period; Then&comma; as Philippe Bien-Aime&comma; he married Beatrice Gelin&period; Both women reportedly&comma; wedded Bien-Aime&comma; in Port-au-Prince&comma; Haiti&comma; in1993&period; <br>However&comma; the marriage to Ternier and the divorce certificates for both marriages were found to be fraudulent&comma; according to an US Immigration&period; <br>According to court records the man now known as Bien-Aime claimed in his green card and naturalization applications that he had divorced Gelin and married Mari Rose Chauvet&comma; he naturalized in 2006 under the Bien-Aime identity&comma;&&num;8217&semi; the DOJ press release said&period; <br>He would go on to use that name in his mayoral race in 2019&comma; after serving on the city council for six years&period;<br>Consequently his testimony during his de-naturalization&comma;
