then Suffolk County District Attorney Rachael Rollins requested that Suffolk Superior Court Judge Janet Sanders imprison Brown for 10 to 12 years&comma; with five years of probation to follow&period; <br>Instead Brown was only handed five to six years behind bars for the attempted murder charge by Judge Sanders&period; and Sanders who since left her post&comma; now works as a mediator and arbitrator&period; <br>The revelation on social media&comma; that Brown had been let off with a lesser sentence in the past&comma; followed by five years of probation<&sol;strong><&sol;p>&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;&NewLine;<p>Brown reportedly&comma; was on FaceTime with an assault rifle and told the person at the other end of the call that he would use it&period; <br>Shortly after the bulletin was issued&comma; he was recorded by witnesses patrolling the area near Memorial Drive with the gun&period; <br>Footage of the meltdown was recorded by a local residents from a nearby apartment building near the intersection of River Street shows at least one car driving by as the man walks down the middle of the street&comma; apparently yelling while raising the gun over his head and then firing a shot&period; He is also seen hitting a stationary SUV with the gun&period;<br>One of the bullets struck a US Postal Service truck&comma; going through the windshield and just missing the driver&&num;8217&semi;s headrest&period; The female driver of the truck was stopped at a red light at the time when the bullet came through her window&comma; and she was not injured&period;<br>According to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan&comma; Brown is currently hospitalized in intensive care&comma; is awaiting arraignment&period; It is expected that he will be charged with two counts of armed assault with intent to murder&period;<&sol;p>&NewLine;
