<p class="wp-block-paragraph">While the encounter and subsequent death of Dale occurred in San Diego County, Rylaarsdam, reportedly a ten-year veteran of the sex work industry, was based in Menifee, Riverside County. <br>Detailed account of the incident read in court, states that Dale’s limbs were bound during the encounter, hence he was unable to remove the items covering his mouth and head.
